BEAUTIFUL lakefront apartment located on the lower level of Hot Springs Village townhome. This apartment is self-contained, private & offers an amazing atmosphere just 30 feet from the lake! Relax on the patio with coffee or drinks, feed the geese, go fishing or just enjoy the beauty of the lake! A lighted walkway leads down and around to the apartment entrance and the walkway is on a hill. If you have mobility issues please take this into consideration. Your safety and comfort is of utmost importance to me! A beautiful neighborhood park is right across the street. Featuring a custom totem pole that was hand carved on site by an amazing artist. A quaint wishing well and gorgeous landscaping. make it a lovely place to sit, watch the ducks and geese and just enjoy the beautiful view.
Downtown Hot Springs art galleries, shops & Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort are just a short distance away!
Please note that, as the owner, I occupy the upper level of the townhome but am out of town often. If here, I respect guests privacy at ALL times!

Debbie was a great host and we had everything we needed and more. The snacks and extra toiletries were very appreciated! The dock was used by our sons to catch a few fish and the view from the living room was picturesque. Definitely recommend this place if you need a short stay in the village.

Host was very good. Access to entrance was dangerous. Anyone with any physical challenges should not stay there. Needs it’s on thermostat for guest downstairs. Beautiful view from doors overlooking the lake!

Such a great place to stay! The village has a lot to do, and there are plenty of trails to explore in the area. Debbie was an amazing host! Before we even booked she responded quickly to our questions. She gave great check in and location details so we knew exactly where to go. Waking up to the lakeside view every day was great! Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we were here because of health of family living in the village. But the stay was fantastic and would highly recommend. I hope next time Debbie is kind enough to allow us and pooch to stay again. GREATLY appreciate the offer of breakfast the last day, however because of schedule, just couldn't. Will definitely take you up next time!! Many prayers to you Debbie and thank you!!!!

Beautiful spot on the lake, quite, which is exactly what we were looking for. Owner was so sweet and her place was perfect for us Very clean, ( had a lil issue with the lock, but she took care of it asap). She had snacks, stocked fridge and extras just in case.

Downstairs apartment

Place was in great location and the property manager was nice and in the home above the apartment. The only complaint was to enter and exit the apartment, had to go down a steep slope which was difficult for us 2 elderly folks with luggage. Otherwise, the stay was fine, a beautiful setting!

We absolutely loved this area and can not wait to return. Ms. Debbie was available for any & all questions. This location is the most stocked with all sheets, towels, toiletries etc of all the rentals we have used. The nicest people in town!!

Peaceful retreat

Everything was as advertised. Debbie is an amazing host! Couldn't have asked for better! Communication was easy and she went above and beyond with accommodations. We visited for a last minute weekend getaway and it was just what we needed. So peaceful and quiet yet not a bad drive at all to Hot Springs Bathhouse row. We ended up staying in Saturday night just to spend time together and forgot to bring cards or a game and even though Debbie didn't have any on hand at the moment.. she ended up getting some cards and brought them to us that night. So sweet!! When it comes to hosts.. we hit the jackpot with Debbie. Honestly. If you're looking for a quiet getaway with an amazing tranquil view and an even more amazing host...this is it!! We will be back again!!

Condo needs to be updated. We had to clean cat litter off bathroom floor. There are too many artificial flowers & plants that are extremely dusty. Air filter needs to be replaced & cleaned if dust. Yard needs to inspected & cleaned of broken glass & dog poop. Slope of yard is very steep & dangerous at night while bringing in suitcases. Bath tub needs grab bars. View is wonderful & owner very nice. Overall enjoyed stay.
