About this space
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Only 2 miles from the Frost Bank Center and minutes from all the city’s popular attractions. You will enjoy the invaluable luxury of convenience from a home that is central to everything the San Antonio area has to offer. Located on the east side of town with easy access to both I-35 & I-10. This inviting 3-BD/2-BA residence has plenty of beautiful space for family or friends traveling together. Guests will love the fun entertainment lounge, spacious living areas, comfy bedrooms, and on-site parking!
This house is very unique as to why I call it " The Hidden Gem". Built in the 1960's and newly renovated in 2023 from wild child colors like pink, green and yellow to a light calm gray and blue .
The largest room which is called the " King of Kings " room has a king bed, with a comfortable sofa, Smart flat screen tv with a walk in closet.
The 2nd bedroom which is called the " O.G " has a comfortable queen size bed with the original bathroom hence the name " O.G". It also has a smart flat screen tv.
The 3rd bed room is called the " loner ". Its a nice little subtle room directly across from the "O.G". In it is a comfortable queen size bed with a smart flat screen tv.
The "Hidden Gem " is the driveway/garage entrance turned into a nice extended lounge area. It has outside patio furniture with two flat screen tv's perfect for Sunday night or Monday night football. Its Great for BBq's, and small social gatherings. This community is a nice retired historic community and for that matter we do not allow parties.

I'm a military brat from the east cost. My Uncle gifted me the house which is located in the historic neighborhood Willowwood Estates where military families lived in starting from the 1960's.

My Uncle is retired Army and I'm a public servant myself and love giving back anyway God would allow me too. The beautiful home is located less than 5 miles from Ft. Sam Houston. We love our service men and women. Perfect for military families to come visit their loved ones while in Tech school or even graduation.

On the outside it looks very small, but its actually bigger due to the upgrades added to the home.
