Welcome to our Rustic Retreat!
WE ARE APPRROX 18 MILES FROM SILVER DOLLAR CITY! Are you looking for a nice clean place away from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to enjoy all Branson has to offer? Then look no further! Located in the small and upcoming resort of Lakewood Village, right off of Lake Taneycomo. Take in the untapped beauty of the Ozarks in this new 3 bed/3 bath townhome! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise, kayak until sunset on Lake Taneycomo, or spend your day exploring the shops and dining options at the Branson Landing (located 15 minutes from our condo). Less than 1/4 mile from Lake Taneycomo, the guests of Lakewood Village will have available boat parking and private lake access.

With a stair-free entrance into the unit, the main floor boasts 2 bedrooms (each with king size beds), 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, and living area. The second floor will lead you to the family-friendly loft and cozy dormer, fully equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and a twin size sleeper sofa. Also located on the second floor, is the third bedroom (queen bed) and third full bathroom. We offer WiFi and smart tv's, to accommodate your personal streaming services (no cable) and plenty of family friendly dvds and also offer FriendlyTV. If you're looking for peace and seclusion during your stay, this is it! Ten minutes to Sunfest Market grocery store, Pizza World and Dollar General.

Bring your kayak, boat or jet ski you will have access to a private boat launch onto Taneycomo!
If you want to rent a boat or kayak check out Scotty's Trout Dock and Marina. They have brand new Pontoon boats for rent! They also have boat slips to rent for your own boat!

You will have full access to our entire townhome. This is a ground level walk-in unit and there are no units above or below. There is 1 shared wall with the unit next to us as we are an end unit. You will be sent a personalized access code with instructions for entering the unit 7 days prior to your check in date.

Peaceful retreat

This place was really nice, clean and comfortable. Check in process was super easy, the kitchen had everything we needed. It is 20-30 minutes away from everything in Branson but we knew that ahead of time.

Girls’ Weekend

We recommend this property! The unit is very clean and we appreciated the peaceful quietness away from the busyness of the main Branson area. We enjoyed the pool and back patio.

One of the most well-appointed VRBOs we’ve stayed in. It’s obvious the host has put a lot of thought into it. Everyone in our group talked about how much they loved it and how comfortable it was. Super clean and we had everything we needed. So quiet and we were greeted by a large herd of deer when we go home one night. So cool! We will definitely stay here again!

Mini vacation

We really enjoyed this condo. We are from the country and we enjoyed the country setting. Loved that the pool & hot tub were open and very clean. It rained most of the weekend and it was very cool so we only enjoyed the hot tub. I really appreciate that you supplied us with all paper products, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, etc. The beds were comfy. Loved the frogger & Pac-Man games. I would rent this condo again.

Great house

The house has everything you could need for a vacation! It is off the beaten path (30ish minutes to town) so you just have to plan to not drive back and forth. The pool is fabulous and a lot of fun too. Owners were great, easy to reach and helpful.

Perfect stay

This is the second year that we have stayed on the property first in this building. We loved the stay even more than the last. The pool was down when we first got there and they stayed up all night filling it so the kids could enjoy it the next day. We will for sure be back. Everything is so peaceful out there.

2023 Branson Vaca

The condo was spotless and exactly as described on VRBO. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us because we prefer to stay outside of Branson city limits. And the complex was small enough to allow ample private family time in the pool. No complaints at all.

Nice family friendly area, 20 mins outside of Branson

The home was nice and tidy, great for our family. It was quite a ways out from Branson so not too convenient if you want to go back to the house multiple times during the day. The beds were comfortable and the loft was perfect for our teenagers. There are several homes in the “neighborhood” sharing the pool and play area but it was never crowded.

Mother's day get away

We booked early for this property the host Mike was wonderful he always answered the phone and all my questions quickly. The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked and suited our stay. Only thing that I was not aware of that there was a condo above us with serval children so being quiet and relaxing was not an option. I understand you can't contain young kids I've have had children myself. The clubhouse was very nice with a indoor pool and hot tub. Also a splash pad for the kids. If your going to silver dollar city it is practically in the yard you can see the roller coaster from the balcony. Overall we had a great time and would recommend Mike's place to everyone.

We love this location because it is quiet and off the beaten path, but yet close enough to enjoy all that Branson has to offer. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we enjoy sharing it!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Small resort, no stairs, no one above or below our unit. Shared wall only on one side, we are an end unit. We allow extra time in between guests to make sure our housekeeper has plenty of time to clean properly.
