This single-story haven offers 3 bedrooms with ocean views, all on ground level (no stairs), and over 50 feet of oceanfront frontage. A 2 car garage and washer & dryer add convenience. Stroll south to Belmont Park or head north to explore Pacific Beach's delightful restaurants. Create ever lasting memories, book your stay today.

The Space:
Walk into a spacious living room with oversized couch facing a SmartTV with all of the streaming apps! You'll find a fully-stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker and a dining table for 8 to your right. The back side of the house holds two bedrooms (one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds). There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower in the back as well. In the north west corner of the home is a large master bedroom with a King-sized bed that opens up to a gorgeous beachfront patio. Perfect for people watching while enjoying your morning coffee! There is an en-suite full bathroom (tub-shower combo) attached to the master, as well. Laundry machines and beach equipment are located in the one car garage!

Guest Access:
You have private access to the entire downstairs property, garage and oceanfront patio.

The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is the quintessential Southern California beach town. Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).

Great beachfront location! The house was exactly as expected from the pictures, was very comfortable for all 6 of us and we had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place. Very nicely decorated, super comfortable and very fun to watch the beach from the front room, kitchen and patio. Would love to stay here again.

Family Fun Stay

We had a great family stay with two little ones. Was perfect to have the ocean right outside the door. We walked both directions for food, drinks and entertainment. Responses from the team at Aaron were quick! Definitely would stay here again! Wish the weather was a bit better, but we certainly enjoyed the time outside that we could.

Beach getaway

Location is perfect close to everything right on the beach!! The patio is amazing that is where we spent most of our time! We would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend replacing the couch other than that we really enjoyed the house.

Well equipped. Great patio. Lots of close passersby though - don’t leave valuables on the patio. Good location with a shortish walk to PB pier and a longer walk to Mission. Would book again.

Best Christmas Ever

I've Stayed at this location a couple of times now and it will be my go to place from here on out. Aaron is very responsive and property is in excellent shape. The bar is set high with this rental and with Aaron, can't wait to stay again.

Location and Patio!

Very easy check in, great location, the best patio we have been too at mission beach. We loved the tall chairs and would seat out every night and people watch as we watched the sun set. the patio was so good grandma could even watch the grandkids play at the beach from the patio. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Thanksgiving!

Our son lives in PB so we brought the family west for the holiday. The unit is well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare for Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable and we loved being right on the boardwalk and next to the beach. The hot water can run out but it regenerates very quickly. It wasn’t a problem for our group. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Location

This property was very nice, it was well stocked and had everything you would need. Lower rating for cleanliness due to sheets in master appeared to have not been changed based on hair & wrinkles but it was not an issue to wash them for piece of mind. The patio furniture was not comfortable at all & we didn’t find ourselves using it much because of that. This is a beautiful unit and I would recommend for sure!

Best Stay in San Diego yet!

Perfect location. Watched the sunsets and the morning fog burn off from the oceanside patio every day. Even an amazing view of a Spacex rocket launch from Vandenberge Airforce Base. Most importantly, my 2 year old daughter had the time of her life. She was completely safe exploring the patio and house. She loved the beach and weather. I will be coming back without a doubt.The location is perfect. We drove two cars, a mini countryman and Cadillac xts. They both fit in the garage. Anything longer will probably not though.

Loved the location

We came into town for business and like to try new places outside of a hotel. The location was amazing and the main reason we picked this place. The floor made our feet black but I am not sure if that was because of the sand or if it wasn’t cleaned recently. Rooms and beds were comfortable but couch needs some love. We covered it with bed sheets. If I was travel to stay by the beach and just wanted to use a place to sleep or sit on the patio with a view to relax this is a great location to that.

Perfect location, pictures accurately represent listing

Overall, we had the best time staying at this rental for the last week! Property manager communicated with us leading up to, during and after our stay. Property was very clean, and amenities were well stocked. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), extra sheets, all the kitchen utensils/appliances needed and all of the things I am used to bringing (e.g. extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sponges and soap etc.). Layout of the house was perfect for two families with two children each. Garage is very spacious (not big enough for a big truck or SUV but could easily park something compact and store your bikes); property even has nice Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. Location was the best part, close enough to walk to Belmont but away from the chaos and close to PB. I only gave check-in 4 stars because cleaner was there for an extra 90 minutes due to prior guests who were savages. We are already planning to re-book next summer, love this property!
