Quiet canyon neighborhood in a developing subdivision. Very little traffic and great walking trails in the surrounding hills where the deer dream.

There is ample parking on the property as well as RV and camper parking.
The neighborhood is very walkable, but a car will be needed to get to town and groceries.

This property is a new build. You will notice a lack of exterior photos due to it being winter and the landscaping will not be complete until spring.
