Quiet home located in a beautiful neighborhood with mountain views in Northwest Tucson. Close by you will find convenient shopping, great restaurants, and more. This home is easily accessible from Interstate 10 and only 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport. It is located in a quiet up neighborhood with private parking and a private back yard. You will enjoy quiet evenings around the pool and the brand new Jacuzzi hot tub will be the perfect place to unwind. (pool heat is an additional fee)* The pool & hot tub are checked weekly. This property is truly an oasis where you will find all the comforts of home for you and your loved ones. It is a great home base after a day of golf, shopping, biking, hiking, or any of the many other adventures you may encounter during your stay.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Location was fantastic. Property was just as described - clean and well maintained. Thoughtful amenities and personal touches throughout the property. I recommend this super host if you are looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay!

Lovely home

My family and I enjoyed our stay here for our winter getaway! The house was comfortable and we loved the outdoor space, especially being able to eat outside. We did not heat the pool but we did enjoy the hot tub! We would stay here again!

Great Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mexican Sage. Upon our arrival the unit was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed walking the nearby "Loop" and hiking at Catalina State Park which was also nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great location - Perfect House

The location was ideal because we could access the Tucson bike trail (“loop”) from the house .. and ride all the way to Catalina State Park or, the other direction, toward Tucson. The house was comfortable, a good size for us and the hot tub and pool were great. We used the hot tub every day and used the patio to relax and read! Kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend the house! Todd, the manager, was so responsive and easy to work with. We hope to come back next Jan-Feb!

Weekend with the family

The House was very clean. I wish on the website it would have stated there would be an extra fee to heat the pool, we were only there for the weekend and it would have took a day just to heat it up. We had an issue with the water in the shower being hot, but when we contacted Todd he came right over and ended up reimbursing us because they had to replace the water heater. The house was central to all of our activities and we definitely would stay again.

What an amazing vacation rental!First of all, it was immaculate. Props to the cleaning crew. Honestly, cleanliness can make or break it for me.The flow of the house is great. There's two cozy queen bedrooms and a full bath on one side of the house. On the other side is the primary bedroom with a large bathroom and bay windows overlooking the pool. The heart of the home is the spacious and comfortable living room plus a sizable kitchen that's open to the living area.Nice big TV set up with all you need.Todd and Stacey have thought of everything to equip the home: shampoo & conditioner in the showers; notepads/pens, replacement batteries and other sundries in the kitchen; small white noise machines in each bedroom; plentiful outlets and ports for your e-needs; laundry baskets in every bedroom closet, abundant supplies of paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags etc. The kitchen also had lots of cooking utensils which we put to good use throughout the week, culminating with Thanksgiving dinner.The beds were very comfortable.In the backyard, we made good use of the 4 burner gas grill and nearby seating area, but not the inviting pool and hot tub. We were too busy visiting family and seeing all that Tucson has to offer. *sigh* Next time...Nice to know that Todd and Stacey manage a number of other properties in the area. I'm sure we'll be back!

Clean and cute!

The house is exactly as listed on VRBO. Loved the location, the pool and hot tub - although the chemicals in the hot tub were so strong and overpowering it was difficult to sit in for too long. We did love the place and were very comfortable there. They have all the little extras that made it so nice especially since we flew in (coffee maker, coffee, all the spices, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, games, cards, books) Would highly recommend staying and hope to be back someday!

Mexican Sage gives us the basics that is on everyone's wish list: great location, near hiking, biking, golf, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. As you branch out, other points of interest a an easy 35-40 minutes away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have a nice distinction of being next to the Tucson Omni Golf Resort and Tucson's paved 100 mile bike path. Plus a hop and a skip from Catalina State Park.
