Lovely house located only few mins away from Indian Rocks and Belleair Beach!Tucked inside the neighborhood with easy access to all the conveniences of W Bay Dr. Situated on an oversized corner lot,the exterior features Spanish arches.With Wi-fi and wash/dryer that's going to make you feel at home.Situated near Florida Botanical Garden,Splash Harbour Water Park,Bayside Park,Doyle Park,Buccaneer Island and many more fun places!

You get the entire guesthouse and backyard to yourself. The guesthouse is attached to the main house. There is a locked door between both units. No guests will have the keys to the door. You will access your units from the side gate.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

*Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
*Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
*Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.
*The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee.
*Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
*Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
*Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
* Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
* Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
*Garbage and recycling bins are shared with other guests.
* Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
