During your stay, enjoy the peaceful sound of the stream running down the mountain at the back of the property. Also on the property, enjoy hours of hiking and a fantastic sledding hill. Bring your favorite rod as fishing is plentiful nearby and if fishing is not your cup of tea, take a quick drive to nearby Basecamp, Okemo, and Woodstock. There you will find amazing shops, restaurants, and breweries.

Back at your stay, relax in the spacious living room, adorned with charming wood finishes, soft seating, and a large TV. Cooking will come easy in the full kitchen amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, find yourself playing chef. Laughter, pleasant conversations, and great feasts are sure to be enjoyed around the formal dining table.

The bedrooms, each as bright and airy as the last, offer comfortable private areas to call your own. Remote workers will appreciate the designated work desk, and everyone will enjoy the game room's large TV, gaming systems, and foosball table. Chores are made simple as a private washer/dryer is available for your use, so after a day out and about come back to pure bliss and relaxation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
