We are located just 3 miles from the hustle of Downtown and the Stadiums, but the street itself feels like a peaceful suburb. I love that I can drive to the Edgewood Retail District (just 5 minutes away) to grab a Starbucks, shop at Target/Kroger, or get a burger. It offers the rare convenience of being walkable to daily necessities while having a private driveway and a front porch to relax on.

As an Designer, I wanted to create a space that handles groups effortlessly. Unlike standard rentals that feel cramped, our open-concept floor plan lets you cook on the marble countertops while still chatting with family in the living room. We also prioritized the logistics that make travel easy:
Sleep: A luxury King Suite for the parents.
Parking: A private driveway for 3-4 cars (a rare find in the city!).
Space: A true 4-bedroom layout where everyone has privacy.
