The space
Gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath with a loft

Guest access
This large gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath house is all yours. It has 3 levels the top being a loft area with 2 Queen size beds. The kitchen is recently updated with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables that can sit 16 people in total at a time. Each living room has a 50 inch or larger smart TV with Roku. Game room has a pool table, arcade games, a mini-fridge, multiple board games and a popcorn machine. Lastly, you have access to the seasonal community pool.

Other things to note
21 person count DOES include the futon and 2 pull out sleeper couches. Otherwise the cabin can sleep 16 without any pull out sofas or the futon.

Each fireplace is electric.

You will receive a smart-lock entry code to the guest on check-in day for the front entrance.

After the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is scheduled, you will receive a message with check-in details 72 days before your arrival.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

QUIET TIME 11:00 PM

The cabin is in the woods and so you may see bears however they are rare. The cabin is sprayed monthly for insects however there's a chance you still may see some in the cabin since it's located in the woods.

A starter set of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, and coffee are provided.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, celebrating Christmas, December 11-14, at Big Pine Lodge! The accommodation perfectly fit our family group of 16. Kyle is a wonderful host, always available and timely addressing our needs! The details were appreciated by the family members, ei., the Christmas tree in the den. Location is ideal for meals and attractions. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

A great large place with close proximity to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Good play area and hot tub for all ages. Neighborhood was very pleasant and we even had a friendly bear trapsing through the area.

This property is located in a close-in but very quiet little subdivision off the main strip. Being in the hills, be aware that there are some steep portions of the road to get to the house. Check-in was a breeze. My 16-person family group was delighted to arrive and find that the house is so homey and well-appointed. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the towels fluffy and plentiful. I want to particularly call out the kitchen for how well-stocked it was. There are plates, glasses, and utensils aplenty, and there is even a set of four toddler silicone plates, cups, bibs, and utensils. There's tons of pots of all sizes, 2 colanders, several baking sheets, lots of cooking and serving implements, and even a large crockpot. The BBQ outside is a great size and fit food for our entire group with no problems -- tools and a lighter provided under the sink. We had ample space for everyone to sit and eat together at every meal in the 2 dining tables.Our group are heavy coffee drinkers so we ended up buying disposable coffee cups. We were glad we brought extra dishwasher pods (we ran the dishwasher twice a day each day) and paper towels/napkins. That's all I can think of to advise anyone to bring.The pool table, arcade video games, and hot tub were in use constantly and provided a lot of bonding moments for our group. We very much appreciated the hosts' hospitality and warmth. They were extremely responsive no matter when we reached out.

Multi-generational Family Reunion

We celebrated our family reunion here and talked about choosing this place again. It accommodated 17 of us with ages ranging from 7 to 80. We have clean-freaks in our group and they were pleased with how clean and well-kept everything was. The view of the Smokey Mountains was jaw-dropping. Our elderly parents were able to relax out there when hiking and sight-seeing became too-tiring for them. The pool and game room kept the kids busy in the evening and allowed the adults to have time to catch-up in the upper house. We were able to fit 5 cars there comfortably. All of us really appreciated the separate bedrooms with individual bathrooms. This gave each family a place for privacy but still allowed the cousins to have their own space in a room with bunks. The kitchen is outfitted for large groups, with 2 fridges and PLENTY of dishes, silverware, etc. They even had a large griddle which was great for making pancakes for our large group. One last thing, we originally were in a different Vrbo but because of unforeseen events we had to leave the place (not the other owner’s fault). It was Memorial Day weekend so finding a place was difficult. We couldn’t get in right away but Vrbo worked with us to find some places on Monday. And these hosts did everything they could to accommodate us. This was incredibly important since we had people coming in from all parts of the country. We plan to make this our go-to family reunion headquarters!

Big Time at Big Pine

This rental was a wonderful home base for a bachelor trip as we explored GSMNP, Knoxville, and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was huge and a stones throw from the Pigeon Forge strip. It met the needs of a group of 12 to have a great time for a long weekend and will be remembered fondly.

This place was awesome! It was clean, located in a great place, and affordable. The host was responsive and pleasant. There was enough room for our family of 23! I would love to stay there again and highly recommend it! The pool table and Spa were nice add ons!

Great time with only a few glitches

Minor issues that owner says he will address:We had a large group (13) and spent all 3 days together in the spacious accommodations. 2 of 3 fireplaces did not function as one would expect. A larger pot for soup and a large mixing bowl and serving bowl would help, but we did okay. We hope to make this an annual event and would use this place again when owner makes those adjustments.

Nice Cabin

The Cabin is good for large groups. There was plenty of stuff to keep the youth entertained. The location is close to all attractions. The roads were not (non-steep) as in the description. Overall the cabin is good.

We love the surrounding area with all the amenities and proximity to the Smoky Mountains and thought this would be a great place to visit.
