If you're ready to take a deep dive into the luxury lifestyle on Isle of Palms, SC, then this is the property for you! This fantastic 4-bedroom home has 4 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, and perfectly sets you up to experience all the best about life on the Isle. Just a short walk from the beach, this home has a spacious layout with multiple outdoor spaces that will let you soak up the sunshine!

On the first level, you'll find a well-appointed sitting area with a large smart TV so you may connect to all of your favorite streaming services and apps! There is one queen sleeper sofa in the small nook of the living area as well as a convenient half-bathroom on this floor.

Walk up to the second level and you'll find an open concept space with the dining and living area. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully styled, with polished stone countertops and beautiful cabinetry. Offering state-of-the-art appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped, meaning you can make everything from a picnic lunch to take to the beach to happy hour cocktails to sip out on the screened porch or around the pool. The kitchen offers counter seating for three, while a handsome dining table can seat ten.

In the living space you'll find beautiful decor giving the space a cozy yet upscale feel. A plush blue sectional faces a large flat screen TV allows for the whole family to relax and take in a movie or favorite show. Doors off the kitchen lead out to the upper deck, which offers outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breezes.

There are three bedrooms on the first level—one furnished with a king-size bed, private bath, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the third has a convenient set up with two bunk beds. The bunk room also has access to the screened porch. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor, and features a king-size bed, double vanity sinks, and gorgeous walk-in shower. All bedrooms have smart TVs and private bathrooms. High-speed internet will allow you to stream any services you have on your tablets, phones, or on the TVs.

This home also boasts its own private pool, which is like its own little oasis with lounge chairs, umbrella, and a table for everyone to enjoy the backyard space. Underneath the screened porch near the pool is a comfy sitting area with a TV for further entertainment. The backyard has a fence that has an access door to easily get to the beach without having to go out on Palm Blvd. Top that off with amenities like a gas grill, beautifully landscaped yard, washer and dryer, and this home has it all for an Isle of Palms getaway!

A few important notes to be aware:
- NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is
also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of larger gatherings.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER.
- This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach
carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver
all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.
- ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (16), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent
beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to
purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The house was amazing! We had two families join together as we traveled to play baseball at Shipyard! There was plenty of space for both families to relax; the beach was a nice, quick walk; and the restaurants were a short drive. Perfect location!

Relaxing weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. A short walk to the beach made it even better. Highly recommend this rental for a large group!

The house was beautifully decorated and attention to detail was obvious. Short drive to Shipyard for ball games, quick walk to beach and good restaurants, private pool made a great family vacation with grandparents and teens.

Mother Daughter trip

Property was very nice, we were disappointed in the size of the bunk room. I should have asked for dimensions. It is too small for 4 people. 4 kids yes that would be fine. Maybe include that in the description. Overall we enjoyed the property and the location was great.

Amazing Place to Stay!!

We had the best time! The house was perfect. So clean and accommodating! Perfect location on the island. Property manager was so easy to work with. We will be back. Would love to see an outside shower added only to help save the house from sand damage.

Wonderful stay

We stayed a long weekend at this beautiful house with our family from Europe, located 2 streets from the beach and this during memorial day. It was a busy weekend but nevertheless a calm and quiet stay. The house has all amenities someone need with a large family. We liked the location being far from the crowded city centre an yet only a minute drive. The house was very tidy and clean. The pool and small garden is a surplus in order to relax and cool down during hot summer days. The only minor point was the small availability of bathroom supplies (small tubes of shampoo and bath/shower wash and no body lotion). Overall, a place to come back for.

Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
