Villa Kulla is a beautifully presented 4-bedroom villa for up to 8 guests. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac yet only a 2-minute stroll from Kalkan’s centre, it offers an ideal blend of privacy and convenience. Restaurants, cafés, artisan shops, and the Old Town are all within easy reach.

Inside the Villa

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a dining space, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need for preparing meals, including a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a washing machine. Glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, and the living room provides a flat-screen satellite TV (limited English channels). Air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi are available throughout the villa.

On the first floor, there is an en-suite double bedroom with its own private balcony, as well as a twin bedroom with a balcony and a separate shower room. The second floor offers a flexible bedroom that can be arranged as either a double or a twin, with its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony enjoying lovely sea views.

The roof level is home to a spacious master en-suite bedroom, complete with a jacuzzi bath and direct access to a large private terrace. This terrace offers spectacular views of the sea, the harbour, and the Old Town—an ideal spot for morning coffee or a peaceful sundowner.

Outdoor Living

Outside, Villa Kulla features a generous 7m x 3.5m private salt-water swimming pool, which can be heated on request for an additional charge. The surrounding terraces offer plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing, along with a comfortable seating area and an outdoor dining space. A BBQ is provided for alfresco meals, and guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis.
