Longer stay price is negotiable. This home has the ultimate definition of the wow factor situated in the highly sought after Yacht Club Estate inside a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. A 1950's home with upgrades and charm of recent with a touch of mid-century modern character. 4-bedroom split design with master bedroom downstairs plus secondary master suite with balcony, bath, and sitting area. 3rd bedroom features built in murphy bed with versatility of home office potential and 4th-bedroom equipped with double bunk beds. Nestled on breathtaking .54-acre lot. Enveloped with 100's of towering trees spectacular views with opportunity to feed deers. You can sit back on the patio, balcony, or grounds and listen to nature's song singing welcome home!

This home is idea for guests looking to retreat, relocate, visiting families, attending an occasion, or vacationing etc., in DFW – Oak Point/ Little Elm and Frisco, Texas.
Nearby are Willow Bend Polo Club, Prestonwood Polo Club, Knotting Hill Place event center, The Lakefront at Little Elm, Little Elm Park which have sand beach, beach volleyball, enjoy picnic by the lake, zip lines, kayak, and paddle board rental and its latest indoor water park called the Cove. The boarding at Hydrous Water Park is also nearby for leaners and expert water skiers.

Also nearby are the colleges in Denton and the sporting events in Frisco. Visit with your kids at Texas Women’s University or University of North Texas or attend a game with the Texas Tornados, The Rough Riders, or a Dallas Cowboys practice at The Star Stadium or FC Dallas soccer games at Toyota Stadium. All are within 30 minutes’ drive. Security cameras capable of recording 24/7 are located at only exterior of the house. Ring doorbell at the front door. 2 at the front the house, 1 on the left and right sides of the house, 1 front of the garage and 2 at the backyard.
We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. For large group exceeding 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 will be applied per extra person staying at the property.

Our group stayed at this house, because it is very close to the Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club. We were in a regatta and the location is perfect. We will choose it again.

This is a great place to escape to if you’re looking for tranquility and relaxation in the Lewisville Lake region. Sarah was so responsive and a wonderful host. Her house has absolutely everything you need. I actually made a full Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I loved getting up in the mornings, snuggling on the couch sipping my coffee and looking at the beautiful tree view from the back window. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to returning when we’re in Dallas again!

In town for a wedding.

It was a very clean and spacious home that suited our family of 5 with pets. The property manager was very easy to communicate with during the check in and check out process. We would recommend this home. The woods out back were a peaceful sight.

Family stay

We needed a place yo stay while we visited the area for our daughter’s graduation from UNT. This home and property was everything we had wanted and needed. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, a home away from home! Kitchen was great to cook and hang out in. Bathrooms were so clean. The living room was very cozy. We took beautiful morning and evening walks. Everything was so close by as well. Five stars for the home, location , and host who always answered every question almost immediately . Worth every penny

Family trip

We stayed here for 8 days and loved every second. House felt secluded and very quiet but was conveniently close to anything we needed. We loved how the trees made the entire property covered in shade. I had a family of 5 and had more then enough room for my kids to be kids. The house was clean and the outdoor space is nice as well.

Whispering trees

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We were only about 30 minutes from our destinations for the busy weekend in bustling DFW area and it was nice to stay in such a tranquil spot surrounded by nature. 3 adults and 3 kids were comfortable in this home. Everything worked well. I was very grateful for the hosts quick responses with any concerns I had about stay beforehand. Very accommodating even set up travel crib for our toddler beforehand. We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay!

Rough start Great finish

Minor issues with checking in and with getting the TVs working properly. Property manager was quick to repond and remedy the issues though. House was amazingly clean and was furnished far more than any other house we have stayed in. Will definitely use again! Thank you for all your help Sarah!

Amazon place for a weekend getaway and wonderful host

We had an amazing stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Beautiful view. Host Sarah is wonderful and a sweetheart. She took care of our checkin and provided everything during your stay. Kitchen and fridge were stocked. My favorite is the master bedroom upstairs with a patio view in the early morning. Calm and peaceful environment. Definitely would book again for any weekend! Oh the place also has a beautiful lake nearby within 3 mins. If you are looking for a stay nearby in Dallas,TX this is just perfect. Overall it’s a 10/10 I would say. Amazing place! And an even amazing host!!!

Great location for a wedding weekend

Great location for my Niece’s wedding at Hillside Estates wedding venue. This was a way better location than the closest hotels and more comfortable. Several family members ended up staying with us and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. The Texas summer heat was hot but the extra a/c units in the upstairs bedrooms helped a lot. We needed very little communication from the host because instructions on check in were clear and easy. My nephew accidentally left a shirt and a pair of pants and my youngest left a stuffed animal. The host sent pictures of the items we left and graciously and swiftly mailed the items to us the next day.

I went for this neighborhood because of the natural scenery. You feel like you are in the woods and Lake Lewisville is very nearby. The yard is big enough to park yacht if you are planning to send the weekend on the lake. You are close to nature and may see and feed deer but in less than 10 minutes drive you are back to civilization.

A quiet and beautiful home located in an exclusive neighborhood. The home is perfect for friends and family gatherings but party event is strictly forbidden. It is also a perfect location for a retreat and inspiration.
