Luxury Lakefront Northwoods Home on LCO - 20min from Hayward

Beautiful lake front cabin with great views of the lake from the property. Lakefront is a great sandy bottom area perfect for swimming in the summer and easy access to frozen lake activities in the winter. Newly remodeled open main floor is great for cooking and entertaining for the whole family! Enjoy the views and outdoor dining from the large wrap-around deck. Lake view fire pit and charcoal grill available for your use. Use the dock for your boat or if you decide to rent a boat during your stay. We have two paddle boards, two kayaks, and a lily pad you are also welcome to use. Two big screen smart TVs: one in the upstairs living room and one in the basement equipped with Chromecast and Apple TV streaming along with a variety of streaming platforms. The upstairs loft area has a work from home desk space and a pull-out couch.

The location has easy access to a lot of great bars and restaurants (let us know if you want any recommendations!) and is less than 20 minutes from downtown Hayward and Stone Lake. Lac Courte Oreilles (LCO) is a large lake known for great fishing and summer water sport recreation; it has two bar/restaurants for food and drinks while out on the lake. We love vacationing in the Northwoods and we hope you enjoy this wonderful area of Wisconsin as much as we have over the years!

The view of the lake from the house was fabulous! The house is beautiful and we loved the cabin feel. Everything was just as it was described to us. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great week!!

Absolutely beautiful home and location. There is equip for activities and games to pass the time. The beds are large, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great Place in the Northwoods

This place was even better than billed. Extremely clean and well stocked. Outstanding and easy proximity to Hayward. We loved looking out to the lake from the large living room and kitchen. Top notch!

The property is beautiful and set up perfectly for our family. The walk out basement to an amazing fire pit was enjoyed nightly. We spent most of our time on the water and the dock worked great for us to do this.

Has everything you need so you can relax and enjoy!

We had a group of 2 couples and 1 teenager, and we LOVED our vacation here. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we could possibly need - including easy cooking for our group on the blackstone outside! The living room, deck, and fire pit all overlook the water with incredible views. We loved swimming right off the dock or kayaking, and we rented a pontoon to explore the rest of the lake too (the public boat launch is close and made it really easy). We would sit on the deck and watch eagles fly by - we saw 55+ bald eagles and 2 osprey! On the rainy days, we all gathered and played games in the open living room and kitchen area. We went to three of the recommended nearby restaurants and were so happy with our meals there. Overall, this location made it easy to enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation!

Great cabin, great setting!

A family lake vacation rental search usually means having to either choose between a great cabin and a great lake...or compromising on both. This propery is one of those rare finds where both cabin and lake are exceptional. The completely renovated, luxurious yet inviting lakehome overlooks a sparklingly crystal clear water recreational lake...with a no-weeds, hard sand-bottom shoreline enjoyable for all ages. "High end" both inside and out from the cabin furnishings (comfy beds & bedding, well equipped kitchen, easy to operate gas fireplace, etc) to a new dock with a large gathering area, convenient kayak and paddleboard storage and two easy access points (ladder & stairs) for swimmers. The well designed firepit area near the house is ideal for star gazing and s'more making! Add good communication with the friendly manager/owners too. Our group of ladies enjoyed all aspects of this VRBO gem for a long weekend and are already planning to return with our families!

I am originally from Burnsville MN and currently live in Saint Paul MN. I love being outside and enjoy all the seasons in Minnesota and in Wisconsin. I am very into cooking, exploring new restaurants and gardening. My parents own the cabin and I agreed to help with renting it out!

My family has been going up to this part of Wisconsin for about 30 years now. We love beautiful nature, lakes and personality of the northwoods area. The particular lake our cabin is on we found through a few friends also on the lake. They invited us up a few times and we fell in love.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have recently done a big renovation to the property and are constantly working to improve it. We love spending time at the cabin so we take a lot of care in making sure there is everything there that you would need and it is comfortable. I think our location on the lake it pretty great, right in the middle of both restaurants on the lake. And the water of the dock is perfect for everyone to swim in.
