Fabulous Villa by Sandy Beach with Pool - heated pool optional.

Walk 20 steps from Villa Canela and you are on the stunning golden sandy Atlantic beach - here you can walk for miles in both directions. To the west is natural beach with unbelievable sunsets, east you can reach a variety of wonderful beach bars within minutes; these serve delicious Spanish food or tapas, cold beer and cocktails at any time of the day. When the tide goes out beautiful sandbanks appear.

The villa is modern, has 6 bedrooms (because the upstairs lounge can be used as bedroom no.6) and 3 bathrooms. There are views of the sea and the beach from different parts of the property - ground floor, from the upstairs lounge and from the roof terrace.

The beautiful 11m pool has a new Eco-friendly Air Source Heat Pump. It can therefore be heated for a small additional cost: (E200 in summer and E300 in winter). Most guests do not require heated water in summer, but it is wonderful for young children or guests who enjoy a warm pool! There is also an OPTIONAL CHILD SAFETY FENCE - this needs to be requested so that we have it set up for your arrival.

There are plenty of sun loungers, outdoor chairs by the outside dining table and additional comfortable seating areas in the shade overlooking the pool. Guests often say they love the BBQ at Villa Canela.

The villa has a kitchen downstairs and also a kitchen upstairs to give extended families or multiple family groups a little privacy.

There is off-street parking behind a locked gate.

Ubicacion excelente la casa muy deteriorada!!!

La casa es magnifica, y tiene una ubicacion perfecta, pero esta muy deteriorada. La puerta para acceder a la terraza se abria justo justo, con miedo de que se rompiese. La ducha de la piscina estaba estropeada, la verja de la entrada estaba mal....

Hola Leire, lo siento si hayáis pasado una mala estadía en mi casa, Villa Canela. Estoy sorprendida que hayas dado comentario de este tipo por dos motivos: 1 - ?porqué no hayas dicho nada al equipo fantástico que me trabaje en Isla Canela? - suelen resolver cualquier defecto en menos de 24 horas. 2 - ?porqué has hecho otra reserva conmigo este año si no piensas que cuide de mis casas? Comos sabes - aparte de la ducha de piscina hay, al lado de la casa, una ducha al salir de la playa. Luego, dentro de la casa hay una ducha en la planta baja, en baño completo. Y afuera, en la parcela - hay dos grifos con manguera para limpiarse los pies - por si se olvide al salir de la playa. Gracias por avisar lo de la puerta - ya se ha arreglado. Un saludo - y !nos vemos en agosto! Agradezco la confianza en hacer otra reserva - ahora de la otra casa mia - Villa Mar :) Katharina

Genial en familia

La casa es cómoda, práctica y funcional, está limpia y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. La piscina y el porche son estupendos. Hemos pasado una semana genial en familia, 6 adultos y 4 adolescentes. Las personas encargadas de recibirnos, y de la limpieza y el mantenimiento fueron muy amables. Si podemos, repetiremos!!

Un sitio magnífico. La casa está perfectamente situada. Lo único negativo es que la casa está algo gastada y la relación calidad-precio no es la mejor, pues resulta algo cara. No obstante, las personas encargadas están atentas, resuelven cualquier incidencia rápidamente,las vistas son espectaculares y querremos repetir

Bonita casa en un sitio tranquilo y con la playa a 10 metros. La casa tiene todo lo indispensable y la piscina perfecta. Hemos estado 12 personas y repetiriamos!

Hemos regresado encantados de nuestra estancia

Hemos sido un grupo numeroso: 15 adultos y 4 niños de entre 5 y 2 años. Nos hemos alojado 14 en Villa Canela y los 5 restantes en un apartamento anejo. La estructura de la casa, sus porches y la piscina han permitido un disfrute total de las vacaciones grupales. La persona que atiende a los clientes ha resuelto con interés y eficacia las mínimas pegas que le hemos planteado. La playa, al lado de la casa, es muy indicada para los pequeños en los tiempos de marea baja, sin ningun problema ni peligro. Aunque realmente el deseo de ellos era jugar en la piscina continuamente. Las terrazas de la casa ofrecen vistas particularmente bellas.

Espacioso, tranquilo, limpio, con todo lo necesario, como si estubieras en tu propia casa y con piscina, que más se puede pedir. Situación inmejorable, casi en la misma playa y a 100 metros de bares y restaurantes.

wat een toplokatie!!

Wij verbleven met 9 volwassenen in de villa die is gelegen op een toplokatie in Isla Canela. De ontvangst was, nadat we hadden aangegeven hoe laat we zouden aankomen, goed geregeld. Voor het aantal personen was alles aanwezig in het huis. In onze periode 16 november tot 14 december is het zeer rustig in de omgeving. De dichtbijzijnde supermarkt was gesloten en we waren dan ook afhankelijk van de huurauto om boodschappen te doen in Ayamonte. Nogmaals we hebben genoten van het verblijf en de omgeving alsmede de service die werd geboden op de momenten dat het nodig was. Niets was te veel. Als het aan ons ligt komen we weer terug.

As a family of 5 Adults & 2 young children we rented this lovely villa for 1 week this May. Its location is one of the best we have found, located a few meters from a beautiful beach, sea is shallow and perfect for young children The villa is well furnished and the kitchen has all the equipment you could need. The weather was beautiful which meant we could take full advantage of the pool and barbeque area, its perfect for a family. Please note this villa is advertised as having air conditioning which it does however, you need to contact the owner to reqest the hand controls during certain months !! I would suggest this is done prior to arrival. Local supermarket is a short walk, the villa did not have any cupboard essentials when we arrived. Overall a lovely property and an absolutely stunning location.

A gem find! Perfect place to unwind and recharge!

We just have had a wonderful week at the downstairs apartment of this amazing villa situated at a quiet end of the resort of Isla Canela. The property is one of a few in the same area, owned by the super friendly Katharina. Villa Canela deserves a glorious 5-star review in terms of communications with the owner, cleanliness, reception, and value for money! The villa is just 30 steps away from the beach and the pool is fantastic, although due to end of October, it's a bit nippy and takes a bit of courage to step into it. It would be great if it could be heated for colder months, but we know this is too cheeky to ask, as this is pure luxury for us already! Due to the small size of the family, we usually can only rent a holiday apartment, this is the first time we ever have experienced a villa, thanks to the flexible design and rental options (it can be rented as two separate units or an entire villa)! The bar has been raised!! We will definitely return. We can't stop singing praises of this well appointed villa and the 6 km long beautiful sandy beach at Isla Canela. In fact, several friends after seeing our holiday photos have asked for information already! It is definitely the perfect place for catching the winter sun, as it's very easy to get to, either 45 minutes away from Faro airport or 60 minutes from Seville. It was still 28 degree when we arrived, and about 24 degree when we left on 1st November. In comparison, it was only 5 degree when we came back to UK, brrrrr.... It goes without saying that the villa is perfect for summer holidays as well, but do expect the crowds! We are almost reluctant to write this review because now that the secret is out, we might not be able to book it next time for our holiday due to popular demands. Thank you very much, Katharina. We'll be back soon!

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschreiben. Die gesamte Abwicklung und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin hat prima funktioniert. Vor Ort wurden wir bestens von Miora betreut. Super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

une très belle maison ! grande et très bien équipée... spacieuse superbe piscine et 2 très belles terrasses dans les étage ( idéale pour l'apéro ) avec une superbe vue sur l'océan !! une terrasse avec une grande table a l'abris du soleil ou de la pluie au bord de la piscine ! la propriétaire et la gérante sur place est très sympa ! disponible en cas de question ou de soucis... idéal pour le kitesurf... a 50m du spot d'Isla Canella

Lovely and fun week at Villa Canela

Lovely and fun week at Villa Canela We were at Villa Canela with 11 friends. We enjoyed the pool that was big and clean, many bathrooms, kitchen was well equipped and beach and shops were nearby. The villa was almost on the beach. Housekeepers were really nice and lovely. They helped us in everything we needed. Gracias Alina and Sorin! I would recommend this villa for everyone. ☺ Mismo en espanol: Una semana muy maravilloso en Villa Canela Tuvimos unas buenas vacaciones con 11 amigos. Disfrutanos de piscina muy grande y limpia, cocina estaba bien equipada y lugar cerca de las tiendas. La villa era casi en la playa! Personal, Alina y Sorin, nos ayudo en todo que necesitamos. Fantastic!!!!

We stayed at Villa Canela from 2nd oct - 10th oct 2014, lovely villa, everything you could ask for - stunning location with lovely beach bars, lovely views from 2 balconies, private pool, bbq everything provided you need - even bikes!!! If you want English food - breakfasts etc don't bother as everything typically Spanish - fab We will definitely be back!!!!

Stunning Villa Canela!

Villa Canela was more than we expected. A beautiful comfortable spacious house with sea views and many terraces and a large pool overlooking a lovely beach . The area was charming with lots to do ,kitesurfing ,cycling ,atmospheric chiringuitos( beach cafes),an authentic Spanish town nearby,Ayamonte . Katharina , Mike , Alina,Sorin and co made us feel like part of the family . I look forward to returning and highly recommend Villa Canela.

Fantastic house and beach

We were in Isla Canela for the first time and we simply love it. The house was fantastic and it is located in a privilege place near the beach. The beach is great and the sea has the best watter that we ever been. It´s worth to go there. Estivemos em Isla Canela pela primeira vez e simplesmente adorámos. A casa era fantástica e está localizado num lugar privilegiado perto da praia. Além disso a temperatura da água do mar é excelente. Vale a pena ir até lá. João Salvador

Very pleasent family weekend...

We were in Villa Canela in mid August. This is a nice area with pleasing surroundings and a beautiful and calm beach. The beach is right in front of the house, a street away from the house door. The downstairs terrace facing the pool was the main place for everyone in the house. There is a table outside, stretch beds and a BBQ. The pool was large enough to put up with a large family as we are. The pool was nice and treated. The teenagers and the children passed a lot of time in the pool. The elder were chatting and playing cards at the table. Everyone enjoyed the Villa... The house is great, the kitchens were well equipped and it felt cosy to be there. It was clean and everything was there.

Villa Canella - Isla Canella

It is the third time we went back (two family's) to Villa Canella, and not without a reason. The place is just awesome. We travelled a lot and this villa is just on the right place. No kidding, it is only 30 meters from the beach. It is great to see the kids playing around in our own private pool, which is great to have. Lots of places around the house you can catch the sun (in the wind or just out the wind). The view from the room terrace is priceless, just sitting there and watch relaxed over the ocean makes a perfect holiday. The villa is perfect for two friended families and sleeps total of 12. Own parking place. We had one small issue with the pool, the water stopped pumping, which was not dramatic, but one phone call and within 5 minutes Kevin was at the villa fixing it (water was just a bit low, probably to many bombs and dives in teh water) .. PS Kevin's Andalusian's Bar , check it out, it is the place to pick up the keys. Good seafood for a even better price. If you want to enjoy a nice quite relaxed holiday, this is THE place to be.. Less then 50 minutes by car from Faro, Villa Canella highly recommended...

Zona poco explotada turísticamente (playa solo hace 5 años, antes zona de mariscadores). Zona de playa ventosa ideal para deportes acuáticos. Casa muy cuidada, limpia, con todas las comodidades. Piscina genial de más de 4x8m con escaleritas de entrada. Lavavajillas y 3 lavadoras. Preciosas vistas. 2 dormitorios en cada planta, pero el salón se puede convertir en otro dormitorio más, con la pega de q no hay persianas (son venecianas y no quitan la luz). Mesa muy grande en porche, con muchas sillas.
