This beautifully designed country house is for people looking to get away from the city's hustle and bustle. Its luxury design is a perfect environment for relaxation, peace, and tranquility. Its minimal light and sound pollution create the perfect atmosphere to reconnect with nature, good friends, and family.

FIRST LEVEL

This farm house welcomes you with rustic wooden doors made by mountain workers that transport you to a Mediterranean scenery. Its combination of wood and cement creates an extremely warm and welcoming environment. Upon entering this beautiful property, you can see the spacious terrace and spa area in the background. Its luxurious terrace is ideal for enjoying the cool weather and amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. The pergola with dining area is perfect for outdoor dinners while enjoying the stars in the sky. To the left side of the pergola, is where the very private and cozy spa/jacuzzi is located.

The inside of this country house is very spacious and open. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, main living room, play area (billiard and domino table) and a library room for those who like to read .The house has large windows in all its spaces so you can delight your eyes with beautiful rural and farm views. The trade winds and cross ventilation of the country house ensures super cool and pleasant temperatures all year round.

SECOND LEVEL

It is where its luxurious rooms are located. The property has four rooms. One of them is a suite with a private living room and a floating bathtub with a view of the balcony outside. The second room is a master with a private bathroom and a floating bathtub. The third is a spacious room with a queen-size bed. The fourth room has two twin beds.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Artisan workers from the mountain built a good portion of the furniture in the house. The decoration is eclectic, a mixture of antiques, artwork, and rustic details.

The kitchen backsplash is made with handcrafted of rustic wood tiles, and the its island countertop is made of 2x6 wood planks that have been stained in honey colors. The billiard room has skylights made of recycled bottles, and it evokes in its decoration the small cantinas that are seen on the roads of the countryside. The beautiful staircase to the second level has a wall covered in tree trunks cut into slices.


There are floors and walls that contain beautiful mosaics details made of clay and recycled clay tiles. All the closet doors in the house are recycled and have a Mediterranean style. In short, the house has many details in every corner.

OFF THE GRID CAPABILITY

The house is designed to go completely off the grid if necessary as it has three cisterns with a total capacity of 1,800 gallons, and a 14KW power plant. Exterior cameras are installed to monitor the entrance, parking lot and the sides of the property 24/7 without interfering with the privacy of guests.
