The villa is built with a traditional Joglo structure, warm wood, bright, modern colors and decoration elements. All 5 bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, a/c, comfortable double beds, wardrobes and large sliding glass doors. Your space for privacy, a refreshing shower and good night's sleep.
The space
This Seminyak Villa will make you feel like home in no time. The spacious outdoor living area offers views on the private pool and garden, a large dining and lounge area to relax and a fully equipped kitchen. There is enough space to relax with your family and friends during a sunny Bali day.

The villa is located in the middle of bustling and trendy Seminyak, yet a tranquil haven just steps away from the famous Seminyak beach. The perfect location for everyone in the group with bars, restaurants, cafes and shops around as well. Parking is available for a medium sized car.

The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you, they can also prepare fresh breakfast at the villa for you or organize a private chef for lunch and dinner preparations. Please contact the villa manager for options and pricing. He will also assist you with all kinds of requests during your stay like car/scooter rental, laundry service, taxi, day trip, restaurant reservations, baby cots and more.

Other things to note
**Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.


- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
