This resort-style mountain-side home has just finished being expanded to include two (2) new bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms! Our original listing has 100+ reviews and has always been extremely highly rated.
The entire property is designed around outdoor activities including a very large swimming pool, multi-tier putting and pitching greens, tennis, bocci, basketball, pickleball, BBQ, outdoor dining, many yard games and much more! The huge sliding glass wall opens from the main living and dining areas onto a majestic outdoor area full of activities and featuring beautiful views. Our home is perfect for larger groups wanting to have a lot of outdoor! If you are looking for a true Arizona indoor-outdoor adventure stay than this is the property for you. The location cannot be better, our home is central to everything worth seeing in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Our Mountain Paradise Resort Home rests in the foothills of Lookout Mountain Preserve, allowing for spectacular mountain scenery and views of the Northeast Valley at night. Just four minutes away from Lookout Mountain Golf Club and the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in north central Phoenix, this marvelous home is in a prime location close to major freeways that provide access to downtown, shopping centers in north Scottsdale, and major sports arenas. The property includes the casita includes (10) bedrooms and eight (8) bathrooms.
Three new putting and chipping greens, a sand bunker, full court bocce ball, new water feature, backyard lighting and entertainment areas, complete the entire backyard getaway experience.
Indoors, the living room shares a wood fireplace with the dining area, situated between the kitchen and a regulation size pool table. The kitchen features a full professional range with double ovens. The game room includes a full wet bar area, with flat screen TV's and a fireplace. The master suite comes with a king bed, its own TV, a dual walk-in rain-style shower. The split-level guest house features a full kitchen.

LEGAL NOTICE: Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 enables cities and HOA's to require that we obtain information about your group composition and vehicle data.
* We have set up an online portal to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
HOUSE RULES. Before booking our home read the following House Rules. After booking, you will be required to digitally execute a Terms of Occupancy Agreement. Travelers are asked to not book our home, if you are in any way uncomfortable with any of the following house rules:
* Occupancy Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, vehicle data, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
* Standard rates include up to 10 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 10 persons will incur an additional occupancy charge of $50 per person, per night.
* Arrival Information: Immediately upon submission of the required Occupancy Data Form, an Initial Arrival Instructions email will be sent to the registered email address.
* All requests for early arrival and late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on cleaning and maintenance schedules.
* Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel any booking if it is determined that a violation of the established Safety and Security protocols occurs by arriving to the property in advance of receiving explicit authorization to occupy the property.
* Safety & Security Violation Fee: In all instances, if anyone in the associated traveling group arrives to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstays your group's authorized departure time, the primary contracted party will incur and become fully liable to pay a $500 penalty fine for having violated your Host's published Safety Policies and Procedures.
* No parties, and no events, or gatherings which will have any potential to cause any type of neighborhood disturbance (NO EXCEPTIONS) and no pets are allowed.
* Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
* Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL) You are able to configure most bedrooms to be set up with the bedding that best fits your group's needs. If you need a bedroom to have a king bed, or if you need it to have two extra-long twin beds, you may indicate that on the online Bedroom Configuration Form. Our field staff will configure the bedrooms to match your instructions on the online form.
* Pool Heating: For all short-term stays of less than 30 days, the energy fee is $100/day and the fee is based on the total number of days in the term of the stay. The pool heating fee is reduced for date ranges greater than five (5) days based on a $500 weekly rate. Pool heating requests must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival.
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. (REQUIRED) All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. VERY IMPORTANT: Our home does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence.
* Pool Safety Fencing: Upon specific advance request, we will erect a temporary pool fence upon payment of a delivery and setup fee of $350.
* Towels: Each occupant is provided two (2) bath towels, two (2) wash clothes, one (1) hand towel, and one (1) pool towel.
* No Smoking allowed inside the property at any time including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping etc. If anyone in your group violates the no smoking policy the host reserves the right to charge your account for $1000 minimum to engage smoke remediation processes.
* Household consumable items (paper towels, bath tissue, basic cleaning and kitchen supplies, etc.) are provided. Perishable items that require refrigeration after opening (ketchup, mustard, etc.) are NOT provided. Travelers are asked to plan accordingly.
* Cancellation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
NOTICE: Prohibited: 1. Any nonresidential use; 2. Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule; 3. Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;4. Housing sex offenders; 5. Operating or maintaining a sober living home; 6. Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography; 7. Operating a nude or topless dancing; 8. Obscenity; 9. Adult-oriented business; or 10. Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39.
