**ZERO TOLERANCE**
We want to make it clear that we have a strict zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the house and any form of drug use on the property. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have implemented a minimum fine of $350 for any incidents related to smoking inside the house or drug use on the premises.
Our firm requires that we hold a credit card on file for room and incidental to cover the gap in liability of VRBO policy coverages for instances such as smoking in the house and other damages. We of course, do not anticipate damages will occur, but we require this due to past incidents.
