Summary:
Whether you're hosting a girlfriend retreat or a family vacay, this comfy cottage is just the place. Enjoy a glass of wine (or 2, we're not judging) on the deck, gather around the fire pit, grill, karaoke, play board games - there's lots of room for lots of fun!

5 mins from Historic Downtown Palestine
10 mins from TX State Railroad Palestine Depot (check out the Polar Express if you're in town mid-Nov -Dec.)
10 mins from Davey Dogwood Park
30 mins from Lake Palestine

The Space:
Each of the 3 bedrooms features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and tub. The home comes nicely furnished with 50" 4k Smart TVs and fireplace heaters in the living room and master bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee bar, laundry room, outdoor seating around the fire pit, and BBQ grill.

Guest Access:
Large horseshoe drive for easy entrance and exit - perfect spot to park your RV (no electric or sewer connection available).

You will enjoy access to the entire cottage and outdoor areas.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located in the most convenient area in town for proximity to food (fast food and sit down restaurants are less than 5 minutes away), shopping (Walmart is les than 5 minutes in one direction and downtown vintage boutiques are less than 5 miles in the other direction), and the railroad.

Getting Around:
If you're planning on visiting Palestine, TX, you'll probably want a vehicle. The city doesn't have public transportation. Ubers are available, but not that plentiful.

Other Things to Note:
The cottage is suitable for up to 6 six, which can include a family of 6 or 3 couples.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with two exterior cameras (one on the front door and one in back above the deck). The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are NO cameras on the interior.
