Retreat to the upstairs bedrooms with a serene king master suite, 3 queen bedrooms and one bunk room with a full and twin bed.
Ideal location in Vilano that is 1/3 mile to the beach, one block from the intercoastal waterway, just across the street from the famous Cap's on the Water and a 10 minute drive to beautiful, historic downtown Saint Augustine!
Activities abound - swim, surf, body board, bicycle, ghost tours, Fountain of Youth tours, Castillo de San Marcos, fishing, boating and so many amazing places for great food and drinks!

Thus is the second time we have rentd the Vilano Beach Bumhouse it was clean and well stocked. The location is great. You can walk across the street to a favorite restaurant of ours, Caps on the Water. Grocery shopping is a short drive, plenty of fun things to do nearby. TPC Sawgrass is not far. Or, take a short walk and be on the beach. The house is peceful and relaxing. The beds are comfy. Someone in our group said she was shocked at how long and how well she slept ( she normally doesn't sleep well). We would definitely rent it again.

Everything was great! The house was large and spacious! It was a perfect setup/layout for gathering with family. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We went to Caps on the Water for lunch one day and had drinks and appetizers there another night. It was nice not having to drive anywhere. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great stay!

We had a great time. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with! House is well maintained and well stocked. Bathrooms were nicely updated and the beds were super comfortable! We will happily stay here again

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing 3 nights at this property. The house was immaculate and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us. The location was great and neighborhood was quiet. We loved the short walk to the beach and the restaurant, Cap’s on the Water was fantastic. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful stay

Our girls' weekend was fantastic! The 6 of us have been getting together for many years and this year we met in St. Augustine. We walked on the beach everyday and went early to Caps for dinner. Everything about the house was great.

Wonderful Stay!

Amanda and Kenny were wonderful hosts!! The house was perfect for a family trip to celebrate my engagement. The space is perfect for hanging out with the other guests with a great bar area, plenty of board games, and a wonderful outdoor area! Very easy walk to the beach and a great restaurant - Cap’s. As a native of the area I can tell you it’s such a great spot to go back to visit and their space is very conveniently located to so much! Can’t recommend it enough!

North Beach Vilano's Very Best!

Our two families with teens in tow stayed for a July 4th getaway and it was fabulous! The home is very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful feel of modern "newness" and well-appointed style. We had all the supplies needed for the house and for the beach. There are many great restaurants nearby and the very popular Cap's on the water right on the block plus just a very short drive to shopping, groceries and downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, a couple of blocks through a pretty residential area and easy, direct access to the beach on A1A across from the community. We would visit again and highly recommend it for an all-around awesome stay!
