Summary:

NEW WIFI JUST INSTALLED!!!

Sycamore is a spacious 500 sq ft, one bedroom cabin that has the best of both worlds. You can sit back and enjoy the view of the trees while rocking on the porch with your morning coffee, but it is still a short distance off the highway, close to many of the area attractions. Walnut sleeps 4 in an open loft king bedroom and a queen pullout in the living room. It offers Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and satellite. It's pet friendly (addtl $20/night, max 2), with a charcoal grill, firepit, and coin laundry.

The Neighborhood:
Tiny Town is a tiny cabin and RV community just off HWY 259 with easy on and off and immediate access to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and minutes from the site of the new casino.

Other Things to Note:
Additional pet fee is requested after booking.

Check-in and Check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter is subject to staff availability and will be assessed on a case by case basis. If cleaning staff is available for your check-in or check-out day, the cleaning fee will be double for those stays.

Sweet little cabin community that was very close to the state park! It was very clean, had everything we needed and the host was very easy to work with - we really enjoyed our stay!

Sycamore was a nice place to stay! We enjoyed the convenience of being 6 minutes away from Grateful Head Pizza and everything else in Hochatown. Sycamore was clean and as advertised. The stairs are a little steep to the balcony, but the bed was confortabke. This is a perfect place for a couple to stay for the weekend!! We also loved rocking on the back porch.

We stayed in both Juniper and Sycamore. Both cabins were cozy and rustic. We had plenty of space for what we needed, and the owners were very helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

The cabin was cozy and clean, looked just like photos. The host had to move us next door last minute due to maintenance problems, but they called and let us know prior. It was no issue at all. We would definitely stay again! Was in a perfect location to go either way into broken bow or hochatown!

INFESTED WITH BUGS, IN THE BED… WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, NO APOLOGY OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT. STAY AWAY

I’m going to start with the worst so that you can make your mind up early. The cabin is infested with bugs. The worst part is the bugs were behind, under, around and IN THE BED YOU ARE MEANT TO SLEEP IN…. To make matters worse when I reported this I was told the bugs are a natural part of the ecosystem. I’m sorry but it doesn’t matter how much the bugs are vital to the ecosystem, if I’m paying money to stay at a residence under the establishment of hospitality. There should be 0 bugs in the space and at the bare minimum not in and around the bed I should be laying my head to sleep at night in peace…The next WORSE part of this experience is the communication with the hosts. It was almost as if they didn’t exist. Communication would come back to me after I sent multiple texts over hours have gone by. Even customer service tried to contact the host on my behalf several times aAs soon as I saw this I was traumatized and feared for my health and safety so I called customer service and could not reach them. Once I saw the bugs I immediately contacted customer service and the host and left, I was inside for less the. 5min. I requested a refund for wasting my time, energy, traumatizing me, and making me fear for my health. I have gotten no response from the hosts, and VRBo stated cleanliness of their hosts is not the concern or worry. Didn’t realize a business meant for hospitality could care less about being hospitable. They took my time, money, and peace of mind. DO NOT STAY

Great little cabin!

Spending a night in this cozy little cabin was an absolute dream! Nestled in a peaceful, wooded setting, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The interior was warm and inviting, with rustic charm and modern comforts blended seamlessly. The soft lighting, and plush bedding made it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and sipping coffee on the porch was the perfect way to start the day. This stay was pure magic—5 stars all the way!

Quick trip

Just a quick trip to check out the area. Couldn’t have been closer to the national park. Locked myself out of the cabin but Tommy was quick to have this taken care of. No interruption of my day.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay. Property was very clean. It rained the whole time we were there but the back porch is nice and covered. We played board games, baked cookies, hot cocoa, and made homemade pizzas. We enjoyed our yrip very much. This is my sons first Christmas in heaven so the getsway was much needed to get our minds off of it.

Loved my stay with Tiny Town Cabins! Super responsive. Clean space. Easy to follow instructions both arriving & departing. Easily located - the GPS worked great for me to find them. Great location!! Perfectly placed between Hochatown & Broken Bow! Plenty to do & see right there. Can’t wait to get back!

Cute place. Very steep stairs and no cleaning supplies or extra TP/paper towels in cabin- had to go to Walmart for basics.

Such an amazing spot!

This place was so clean and comfortable, and the whole process was easy. The host was super responsive and kind. We loved how welcoming the whole place felt, and the views around the area put us into instant relaxation mode. Overall, its a great place to stay!
