Lakefront Family Fun 15 Min from Clemson

EAT: Our open concept main floor features a full kitchen with everything needed to cook for a large group. The table in the dining room seats 10 with 4 barstools at the counter. On the spacious partially covered deck, we have a gas grill as well as a 6 person table and other deck furniture to create ample places to both eat and relax.

SLEEP: The primary bedroom is off the living room with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite is large and has a double vanity, separate shower and an indulgent soaker tub. Walk in closet has plenty of room for a pack-n-play if traveling with little ones. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. You’ll find the bunk room downstairs in the walk out basement, featuring a bunk bed with trundle and a sleep sofa.

PLAY: We've a double kayak for your use as well as an assortment of life jackets. Bring your own floats, tubes and paddle boards to store on the dock or under the deck during your stay. The boat slip on our covered dock is available should you be bringing your boat or renting one from a local marina.
In our stand alone garage you’ll find a full size ping pong table and a dart board. There’s also a table and chairs to host cards, board games or spectators watching ping pong.
If you are venturing offsite, there are countless hikes and outdoor activities within drivable distance. Clemson University is a quick 15 minutes down the road if you're hoping to take in a game. And if you’re looking for some time in a more urban setting, popular Greenville is less than 40 minutes away.
Our road is perfect for peaceful evening strolls. The neighborhood is quiet with mostly homes that are the primary residence for our neighbors.

FIRE PIT: Our firepit sits on the lower deck surrounded by chairs and a porch swing perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

PARKING: Plenty of parking for 6+ cars in the driveway.

Please Note: Our dock is down a nicely paved, but somewhat steep, walkway.
