We had a great time spending time with each other playing games, ping pong, pool, the hot tub, fishing and being close to downtown square.

Great communication with the host. The previous renters left an issue, but the host fixed it asap. Very clean, very nice place. Hot tub worked great. Lake access was great. Lot's of board games to play along with pool and ping-pong. Close to the Spartan venue and the main town area. Would rent again!!!

Great place for family and friends

We had a great time during our stay! We were in town for our friend’s graduation and we were about 30-40 minutes away from the Tarleton campus. We enjoyed the hot tub and having the lake behind us was a great plus. The house was very clean and Sam helped us every time we had any questions.

Great location!!

Beautiful home in a great location for Granbury square and also Glen Rose. We have 4 boys ages 2 1/2 - 14 years… so it hit all the right points for them. There was just enough space inside for watching tv or playing board games. The house was very clean and ready when we arrived.

Amazing!

Very clean, nice location, lots of fun! The perfect house lots of games, hot tub and close to the lake. It was like a beach house without the beach!

Home in grandbury

Overall it was great . Had a few issue's but owners were on top of it . Wish the bathroom soaps were full but they were empty . We bought our own but we enjoyed the stay and the fishing when we could

Beautiful Lake front Property with all the amenities

Very large home with plenty of things to keep you and your family busy and happy. Walking distance to the lake and driving distance within 10 miles of downtown.

Granbury stay

The rental was so beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved playing ping pong despite the heat. The lake park was just steps outside the backyard. The king bed was more comfortable than my bed at home, and I don’t usually say that! The location was great; close to the everything we wanted to do.

Home away from Home

The house was absolutely adorable! Everything was great! Host went out of his way to take care of us. Only thing we were sad about was we didn’t know hot tub was not working and hot tub guy kept saying he was coming and never would until our stay was about over so that was a bummer cause that was main reason we chose the place. But would love to stay again when the hot tub was up and running bc we adored everything else. Location was awesome as well!

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood

Great house with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard opens to a park and lakefront access with a fishing pier and boat ramp. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is the limited amount of hot water. We had to stagger showers or someone ended up taking a shower with cold water

House and location were nice. Needs up grading though. Upon arrival, I messaged the owner because there were several things that were broken and also the bathroom and hot tub were not clean. Shower tile was moldy in both bathrooms. Bed spreads were very dusty and grass was not cut (lots of bees flying around in the grass as well. He said 3 weeks prior (July 4th) he had renters that were rough on the house and offered to bring a new table and new hanger for the hot tub cover that he had at his house. That evening we realized the hallway shower would not drain at all and he didn’t answer for 14 hrs. My son had his work truck with him so he pulled his tools and fixed the drainage problem. The owner finally responded the next day and said he hadn’t answered because he was keeping the Sabbath (when you rent your house out you are supposed to be available 24/7). He sent me a receipt showing that he’d had the drain cleaned on the 7th. I sent him pictures and video of all the moldy hair my son was pulling out of the drain. After that, I never received a response. Didn’t offer a discount or to even compensate my son for cleaning his drain. We killed 3 small spiders in our bed while we were sleeping. Door seals need to be replaced. There were many spider webs in the house and a huge one from the front door to the sofa. I sat on sofa and got bit by spider I assume. Several bites on my leg. At this point I didn’t bother to contact owner again.

The living area is perfect for entertaining, while the fully-equipped kitchen is sure to please any chef. The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting, each with its own unique charm, and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor space is truly an oasis, with a serene garden, a patio area with seating for al fresco dining, and a barbeque grill. You can enjoy the beautiful weather and soak in the tranquility of the lake.
