THE SPACE:
3 bedrooms featuring comfortable queen size beds with plush pillows. All are fitted with hypoallergenic mattress protectors and tucked under soft and clean linen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a dimmable LED table lamp with wireless charger. At least 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the first floor.

3 private full bathrooms boast good water pressure, fresh white towels, and a full range of complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, hair dryers, disposable shower caps, and make up removal wipes.

Dining area and the nook accommodate six seatings with tables, chairs, and barstools.

Cozy living room with 2 convertible sofa beds for 6-adult seatings, smart TV, and fire stick conveniently Wi-Fi set up and ready for login.

Desk, chair, LED table lamp with USB charging ports and AC outlets in office area for when you need to get work done.

Equipped kitchen with coffee maker, instant coffee, coffee pods and condiments, tea, hot water kettle, refrigerator with drinking water and ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, storage bowls, plates, bowls, baking sheet, silverwares, cups, wine glasses, salt, pepper, and usual kitchen supplies.

Laundry room with washer, dryer, detergent pods; ironing board, clothes iron and hanger on a rolling laundry sorter for your convenience.

EV charging outlet up to 50 amp is in garage. Charging cable is not supplied.

Covered patio with two tables and four chairs for relaxation. Backyard is the only area throughout the property that allows vaping and cigarette smoking.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, 2-car garage, parking spaces on the driveway, and free street parking. There are no stairs to enter the house. There is a staircase inside home to second floor.

Self check-in and check-out with smart locks.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
A maximum of 6 guests, including children, are permitted. Additional guests will be charged.

Parties and smoking inside home are prohibited. No pets are allowed.

Visitors are not allowed after 10 pm.

Noise is to be kept at minimum during quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am.

Based on the home availability, earlier arrival or later departure may be accommodated although we will not know this for sure until 24 hours beforehand. If you would like to guarantee an earlier arrival or later departure, there is a fee required to block off the additional time and/or increase the size of the cleaning crew in order to accommodate.

Cleaning fee is to prepare the house for your stay. Mid-stay cleaning is recommended every month and can be arranged for an additional cleaning fee.
