To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.

As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.

Loved the area, it was small but suitable for what i needed. The only real problem i had was no wifi. The password for it was i dont know where.

I had a great stay! I was in town for a conference so I wasn't at the property most of the time, but it had all the essentials I needed for when I was there. I really liked what they did with the space. Pleasant decor, very comfortable bed, tons of kitchen ware. I used my bike for transportation to downtown and frickin' enjoyed that. I did have an issue with some air quality stuff and have communicated that to the property owner. I hope they remedy the issue because I would honestly love to return to this place. I think it should be known that the ceilings are rather low because it's basically a basement apartment but! That worked for me because I'm 5'3.75". But if you're about 5'7" and up this probably isn't the place for you unless you can manage it.

Piss Hovel suitable for animals, children with toileting issues or adults willing to live in filth.

The place smells intensely of cat and human pee in entryway, bathroom, bed and living room especially. Did not come with towels (when asked repeatedly was given 2 shower towels 2.5 days later), found huge pee stains on the bed and couch. Was given a new bed cover to change it myself. Clearance in the shower, which had mold on the ground and stains on the shower curtain is 5 ft 5. It pours water onto the ground. Bring your own bath mat, dryer sheets, oven mitts, tap water filter (water is potable but locals have a filter to make taste bearable)
