Spacious, Charming 3 Bedroom 2 bath North End Home

Welcome to our charming North End home. Cozy up in the reading nook w/ your favorite book or with family around the fireplace in our spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes two ovens for families who love to cook. Seating for 4-5 at the dining table plus 2-3 more at the adjoining kitchen bar. Enjoy a meal on the outdoor deck w/ seating for 6 in summer months. Bedroom 1 offers a twin bed, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, the ensuite has a king bed with a dedicated work space.

Pets welcomed when added to reservation with pet fee. However pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at UPS. Nice neighborhood within a few minutes drive to Procter and Pt Defiance. Lots of space to spread out!

This is really a great property! It is so well located and convenient to so many things to do. The area parks are beautiful. You can have lunch and dinner on the water every day. The weather on our trip was beautiful with Mt Rainier visible almost every day. The property is very spacious and clean with all your needs met. Would definitely stay here again. Didn't have any reason to contact manager/owner during our stay. Process was seamless.

Great property in a great location. Very comfortable for a family of 4. Towels were nice and fluffy, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans, dishes. We appreciated the provided toiletries and the blackout curtains in the bed rooms. Used the desk off the Master Bedroom to work remotely. Access/Check in/Check out were all easy. Groceries were a 5 min drive. Docked one star just because a couple items weren't working as expected, like the dishwasher worked, but had a couple parts on the racks missing so the top rack didn't roll out and one fan didn't work. Not deal breakers. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

Walking into the house our first impression was how inviting it was. The decor was nicely done. The house was neat and clean, well organized, and there was no clutter. The living room is spacious and comfortably furnished. The TV was easy to use. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for preparing and serving meals. The beds were very comfortable. Everthing in the house worked. The neighborhood is very quiet. The parking and access were easy. Getting out and about and to and from the neighborhood is easy. There are lots of stores and places to eat a quick drive away. Tim was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Instructions were clear and simple. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a UPS HoCo weekend

This house was charming and clean and had everything we needed. Even the TV was fairly easy to navigate. Super quiet neighborhood, easy parking and access to all we needed. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was great. Owner was fast to respond to any questions. Easy check-in.

Great house in nice neighborhood.

The house is lovely with everything needed for a long stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The host is extremely responsive. We would definitively stay there again.

Family and Friends reunion

We enjoyed staying at this property.The decor was lovely. It was nice and clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The only drawback was the stairs at both the front and back which was difficult for my husband who is 79. He has some balance and health issues, The back entrance stairs does have a railing so he was able to go in that way.

Pleasant Stay in Tacoma

I rented the property for my friends which stayed in Tacoma for 4 nights. It was overall a nice experience. The necessary information was well communicated before. We positively noticed that all fans within the house were switched on upon arrival and as well as the welcome sign. The house seemed to be a bit old in some respects, but it was clean. Unfortunately, the toilet drain was blocked one time without a clear reason, which made my friends nervous. But they could resolve the issue on their own. The location of the house is fairly nice too. Stores are not particularly close, but there is a good variety at reasonable distance.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed staying at this location. Communication with Tim was on point and he was very prompt to respond. We would love to stay here again in the near future. It was the perfect size for my family and I and it was a short distance to the convention location we were attending.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect for exploring the area and taking day trips in the region - Seattle, Victoria BC, Portland, Mt Rainier National Park, and Olympic National Park. It was clean and well stocked in most things we needed. Something I've experienced multiple times at VRBOs is a shortage of wash rags given the people+days booked. In all fairness, we didn't ask Tim, we just got a pile of inexpensive rags at Walmart (which was conveniently close by), there might have been some where we didn't find them. I would eagerly return to this property should the opportunity arise and recommend to anyone considering it.

Excellent, will return if we are in Tacoma again

Communication was easy and the location was excellent. Our kids did great in the house and we had an easy relaxing stay. Loved the neighborhood and walking our dog around as well as the close location to point defiance park.

Spacious, quiet, everything you need

The place had everything we needed and was very pet friendly and accommodating. Very quiet nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and offered a lot of support. Spacious layout. Host had excellent communication with responses typically within minutes. Would definitely stay again thank you Tim.
