Inside the home, the kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing meals for large families. All three private bedrooms have lake views and are perfect for couples, while another open bunk style room has a queen bed, and two twins. It's a nice walk to the village of South Hero, or just across the grassy yard to the lakefront.

A great , big family freindly place, available year round! Fantastic lakefront, nice dock for kayaking or swimming. Fishing, too. A half hour to Burlington, hour and a half to Montreal. And great snow skiing within an hours drive also. And after a big day out, relax with a beverage in the hot tub.

I live here in the Islands, so am available most of the time!

Please be aware that lake levels change, and generally drop as the Summer season progresses, with the lowest levels in late August and into September.
Sometimes it's not low at all!
