Comfy Midtown Retreat - Close to Baptist Health

In the heart of Paducah's Midtown, is this charming 2 bed/1.5 bath home, equipped with countless ammenities. Ammenities include a 55-inch HDTV with Fire TV, board games and puzzles, outdoor furniture, and a Keurig coffee machine. Located less than 5 miles from restaurants, parks, mall shopping, beauiful riverfront, Downtown, Lowertown Arts District, Greenway Bike and Walking Trail, hospitals, breweries, and more.

This private 2-bed, 1.5 bath home offers a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table, and a dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer. Tables and chairs are provided on the front porch and out back for those who wish to enjoy outside seating.

Living Room
The living room is a cozy, welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Paducah. Enjoy comfortable seating, a TV with streaming services ready for you to log in along with access to Xfinity Stream which provides basic network television. There is also a selection of books and board games for a relaxing night in.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook during your stay. Start your morning with the Keurig, stocked with complimentary coffee pods, sugar, and creamer, or enjoy a cup of tea with provided tea bags and an electric kettle. A dining table offers a comfortable space for meals or morning coffee.

Bedrooms
The home offers two comfortable bedroom with queen beds. Each room has an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, a ceiling fan, a sound machine, full dressers, and ample closet space.

Bathroom
In the full bath, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the tub/shower area. An ample supply of bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are under the bathroom sink and in a vanity drawer. A hair dryer is provided for convenience. There is an additional half bathroom for your convenience.

Laundry Room
The home includes a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer for guest use. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided, along with a mop, broom, vacuum, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Outdoor Space
Guests can enjoy the two chairs on the front porch. Two portable lawn chairs are in the main hall closet if additional seating is needed. There are also patio tables and chairs on the concrete pad off the back yard.

Parking
A driveway runs beside the house from the street to a concrete pad in the back yard area. Guests can park anywhere on that driveway.

Other things to note:

There are Blink outdoor cameras at the front and back door entrance. The receiver for those is plugged into an outlet in the kitchen.

City trash pick-up is on Wednesday morning. I'll come on Tuesday afternoon to roll the outside trash bin to the curb and will return on Wednesday afternoon to move it back behind the house. If you prefer to do this yourself, let me know, but I don't mind to do it.

Please note the home is located near a busier street. For light sleepers, sound machines are provided in each bedroom, along with eye masks to ensure a comfortable night’s rest.
