This rental is outstanding! I have stayed in several vacation rentals in many various states but this is one I will not forget and will judge future ones by. It may not be in the ritziest neighborhood or be a mansion but it was exactly what it was described to be times ten! It was very clean and very comfortable and it was better stocked than any place I’ve ever been. The beds are super comfy as are the sofa and love seat. The extra supplies in the bathroom and in the kitchen went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again if ever in Paducah! Thank you soooooo much! The owner is awesome too!

We were very happy with the accommodations! Host made it easy to book as well as access when we arrived. The home was in a good location for us to drive to the riverside area for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

All of the reviews were 100% accurate. Very inviting and cozy! The owner was also great with details - coffee, snacks, bathroom items, etc. great communication. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

We so enjoyed this house. It was comfortable and friendly. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby. The kitchen is well supplied. It was a great place to relax with easy access to downtown.

Excellent presentation and attention to detail(s). Maxi very ably assisted me through some glitches in the Vrbo payment system relative to a browser issue.But the house is sweet and with added attention to detail we were provided with a comfortable retreat during our travel.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Host gathered places to visit and restaurants. We addeded a brochure on the national quilting museum and ordered pizza from the Mellow Mushroom, it was delicious!

Everything we needed!

This property (and host) was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 to unwind for a bit. Perfectly located, just the right size, clean, with all the accommodations plus some!!! Nice Retreat

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and had clean appliances. There was the cutest snack basket and a few k-cups to get us started. Then bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty towels and supplies. The bedrooms were inviting with soft comfortable beds and extra blankets or pillows if needed. The sound machines were a nice touch as I prefer to sleep with one. Living room and dining room were spacious enough for our friends and us to hang out and visit. The house was close to downtown and restaurants. The hosts communication was wonderful with easy to follow instructions and directions! Her responses were quick as well.

This adorable home was stocked with supplies, had adorable character, and was perfectly clean! You can tell Maxi put a lot of love into this house, it’s not just a typical rental. We will be back!

Wonderful

The house itself is perfect. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The host left extra water, coffee, and snacks for us. The layout was great for two couples. We enjoyed the front porch and back patio. The location makes it a quick drive to downtown and activities that we had planned. Maxi, our host, was very easy to communicate with and left lots of good info for us about Paducah and the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Maxi went above and beyond to communicate everything ahead of time for everything. The home was better than expected and there was backup supply of bathroom and laundry necessities. We will be back!

Pretty in Paducah

We had a great time in Paducah. We came down to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The house was clean and had everything we could need. Very comfortable and quaint. Close to downtown.

Immaculate and Cozy!

We were in town for my grandson’s football game and chose this property! Photos were exactly representative of the home. So clean and adorable! We were only able to stay one night, but wished we could have made it 2. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. I was happy to have a mug and tea bags to make a morning cup to drink while sitting on the cute front porch. The beds were very comfortable and there were even robes provided! The host was so friendly and communicative. We will stay here again!

We are centrally located less than 5 miles from Downtown, the Arts District, and local breweries.

Paducah.travel is a great website with menu tabs showing area restaurants, things to do, upcoming events, etc...

Our location allows for for quick and easy access, to nearly everywhere in town. We strive to make our place feel like home to our guests.

There is a Welcome Book located on the desk in the office containing information on WiFi, local favorites, etc...

WPSD, Channel 6 is our local news station. It can be found on the television's Xfinity streaming app and also on Facebook if you want local news or weather.

The city performs a monthly outdoor siren test on the first Saturday of every month at 1 p.m. It doesn't last long and is only a test.
