Welcome to the Brooklyn Neighborhood! We are proud to offer our private basement apartment nestled in the heart of SE PDX. Inside you will find accommodations designed to help our guests recharge & prepare for a full day exploring our beautiful city. You will find a great landing point for where you want to be on your visit with close proximity to hotspots such as SE Clinton & Division St. Downtown is really accessible with light rail nearby or a 5 minute UBER.

The space is a fully equipped apartment with a full kitchen, living room, private bedroom and full bathroom with a tub/shower located in the basement of our home.

*BEFORE BOOKING: please understand that you will hear us moving around above you and there is potential for normal levels of noise during the day time.
We live on the top floor with our pup who rarely barks inside the house but you may hear us from time to time.

We are working professionals who are conscious of our guests needs and will do our best to be respectful of your privacy and keep noise to a minimum!

*Comfortable sofa in the living room
*2 chairs and a kitchen table to use as an eating or work space for any of our remote working guests.

The entrance to your apartment is located inside the shared laundry room which we (the owners) will use on set days each week. The owners will be doing laundry on Mondays and Tuesdays of every week. Please adjust your laundry needs (if any) accordingly. Your space is otherwise completely private.
