You will be blown away by this spacious, 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Malibu Point Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront condo is perfect for a large family, or a large group who is looking to stay in the same apartment! This unit will comfortably accommodate a total of 12 guests!

Upon arrival, guests will enter through a small hallway. As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 4 bedrooms. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Two Double beds. This bedroom features a closet for storage, dresser, TV, overhead lighting and fan, and access to a private bathroom. The bedroom window is great for natural light. The bathroom features a shower / tub, toilet, vanity and sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 2: This room features two twin beds, closet for storage, dresser, TV, overhead lighting and fan, and access to a private bathroom. The bedroom window provides great natural light. The bathroom features a shower / tub, toilet, vanity and sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 3: This room features two twin beds, closet for storage, dresser, TV, overhead lighting and fan, and access to a private bathroom. The bedroom window provides great natural light. The bathroom features a shower / tub, toilet, vanity and sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is considered the master, and it's located on the ocean side of the condo. This bedroom features a king bed, closet for storage, dresser, TV, overhead lighting and fan, and access to a private bathroom. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the bedroom. The bathroom features a stand-up shower, tub, toilet, vanity with 2 sinks, and an oversized mirror.

The kitchen is centrally located in the apartment and features solid surface, granite countertops, full-size, stainless steel appliances that include a side-by-side fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will have access to plentiful cabinet space. The cabinets will be stocked with all basic kitchenware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware.

Just off from the kitchen, our guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. We do not provide any detergent or dryer sheets, so please plan to bring your own. A pantry is located just beside the laundry room for extra storage.

At the very front of the condo is where the living area is situated. The living area features ample seating for several guests. The living room is fully furnished with a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, entertainment center, TV with cable, a table with chairs, and access to the direct oceanfront balcony! The balcony offers glass panels that make the view so much more desirable!

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Each bathroom is stocked with 8 towels, 8 wash cloths, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat. Malibu Pointe Beach Club is a mid-rise, ocean view complex located across the street from the ocean. The complex features multiple pools, and free parking. Guests love being able to walk across the street and access the beach without having to drive anywhere! We offer free wifi and cable TV. As mentioned previously, we also provide all towels and linens, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and stocked bathrooms. Unlike other rentals in the area, there will be no charge for towels or linens.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Malibu Pointe Beach Club does not allow boats, golf carts, mopeds, or trailers. Malibu Pointe is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Sky Wheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats!
