Located in the family-friendly gated community of Venture Out Resort on the far east side of Panama City Beach, guests can enjoy easy access to both the beautiful sugar white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the calm waters and boat-watching of the Lower Grand Lagoon. Step out the back door of this house to say hello to the deer and enjoy the peace and quiet of St. Andrew’s State Park. Use a provided golf cart to access all resort amenities.

Linens are provided, including bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels (guests will need to bring their own beach towels).

Master furnished with a KING bed, has a large mirrored closet and chest of drawers for storage, and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Guest bedroom is furnished with a QUEEN bed and has a closet and underbed storage drawers. Guest bath has a shower/tub combo and is located in the hall. A pocket door can be used to make the guest room and bath act as an ensuite.

Back bedroom has a TWIN daybed with a trundle as well as a FULL-sized futon. A desk is also provided for those that may need to work during their stay.

Roku smart TV’s with streaming Xfinity are provided in each bedroom.

KITCHEN 🍳🍽
The full kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cookware for those who choose to cook during their stay. Dishwasher and microwave are new. Other provided items include a toaster, a blender, electric kettle, 2 crock pots, and a Keurig duo coffee maker with the option of either a full pot or K-cups.
Unit does not have a landline phone.
A propane grill was purchased in 2024 for the backyard.

☀ NO PETS ALLOWED for guests, no exceptions - this is a resort rule
☀ NO EVENTS
☀ Check-in time is 4pm central time and check-out time is 10am central time
☀ Must be 25 years old to book; reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees

FEES & REFUNDS
☀ A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required for all bookings.
☀ 50% is due upon booking; balance of rental payment is due due 30 days prior to arrival.
☀ In addition to the nightly rental rate, each booking will be charged a cleaning fee of $230, a management fee of $45, and 12% sales/tourist taxes will be charged to your invoice for each rental. We do not allow tenant cleanings.
☀ A resort registration fee paid to Venture Out is due upon arrival: $75 per vehicle (max of 2 cars allowed) for bookings of one month or less; $150 for bookings over one month (no additional fee for a second vehicle for bookings over one month); $20 for additional motorcycle or scooter. **This fee is separate from the booking total and will be collected by the Venture Out Resort office.** A link to pay this fee ahead of time will be provided to guests with booking confirmation.
☀ One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Early departure does not warrant a refund. All reservations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservation deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival. Early departure does not warrant a refund. ☀ No refunds will be given due to weather unless our location is under evacuation orders. There may be pool closings due to maintenance and body fluid accidents. The beach is also closed to swimming at times due to strong undercurrents or marine life. We do not offer refunds in the event of beach or pool closures. We recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover unexpected illness and other unforeseen circumstances.

SNOWBIRDS
We are willing to rent to snowbirds for January through mid-March (March 22 for 2024). Contact for more information.

GOLF CART RULES
☀ Guests are only permitted to use golf cart within the resort (including the beach side of the resort). Guests cannot use them on public roads or sidewalks - leaving the property is strictly prohibited.
☀ Minimum age to drive golf cart is 16; must have a valid drivers’ license.
☀ All passengers must be seated in the golf cart, with passengers not exceeding the number of seats available.
☀ The speed limit for all vehicles within the resort is 10 MPH.
☀ Continuous cruising and/or abuse of the golf cart is prohibited.
☀ Venture Out does not allow tenants to bring golf carts onto the property (including street legal cart rented offsite). Only the golf cart provided with the unit may be used within the property.

WATERCRAFT
☀ Guests must pay a fee to bring a watercraft and watercraft trailer into the park, and rental guests are prohibited from bringing watercraft during certain periods of the year (such as holidays). Please reach out for more information.
