This was a girl's trip for my 15 year old daughter and I, and this home surpassed everything we expected! Clean, cozy, warm, that at home feeling and made us feel extremely safe with its location! Our next visit to Seattle will definitely include staying here again, as well as referring this home to all of our friends and family. Nara was so quick to reply to any questions we had and we cannot thank her enough for being such aan amazing host!

We were very comfortable here but would suggest that they enlarge address on their home and let people know that they are renting a house in their back yard. Gate being closed repeatedly cutting off entrance and exit was a real problem.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had the basic necessities to prepare a few dishes to bring for our family’s gathering. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for our 19 month old and larger dog to play, as well as enough space for us to have a few family members over. Although this home is in the rear of the hosts property, it was extremely quiet and we rarely saw the hosts and never even heard them. Everything was exactly as described, and we found that this home exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little house

This house is just great! It is next to an elementary school so it was a bit noisy when I arrived, but it calmed down afterward (plus, who can get mad at kids laughing?!) and was quiet and pleasant the whole night. I can tell that they have worked hard to upgrade furnishings. The entrance was a little confusing (the gate was closed and the VRBO app was down), but once I figured it out, it was great! Wonderful stay in a clean, safe, private location. Thanks!

lovely guest house

This home was comfortable and clean, nicely decorated and roomier than expected. Yard and porch welcoming. The only negative was it was difficult to find. We understood it was behind another home at the same address, but arrived after dark and could not find the street numbers. Did not expect to have to drive in the grass and through a gate. A sign or detailed instructions would have helped.

A gem stay tucked away and near amenities!

We (2) had an absolutely wonderful stay at the guesthouse in Lynnwood! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the coffee maker, pods, and the extra towels. The location was perfect for our long stay when we were between houses. We did not want to leave it. The home is in a quiet location, private, and yet less than 2 miles from the I-5 exit. Very convenient to get to coffee, restaurants, malls, and grocery shopping. Nara is our preferred host. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable vacation or just an amazing get away!

wonderful place

We enjoyed returning to this property, it well furnished, and easily accessed, host leaves door open and key waiting on hanger, had flowers waiting for us. the only issue we had was our mother came with us and we could not find any extra blankets. I did to want to bother host so borrowed from our son. who we came to visit. and the garbage can was so full difficult putting it in can. and there is a window above the bed with no shades so light comes in pretty early so we put foil over the window. but it was simple to fix. I will plan on using the facility again.

Perfection

I stayed here with my 1 year old and 5 year old so we could go visit family and friends in the area. I LOVED staying in the house. It was Sparkling Clean and it was bigger than I expected. The porch and outdoor space was amazing and my kids could run around out there. The place looks brand new and all of the fixtures and appliances were good quality. Nara was a terrific host. She was very responsive and helpful. The location of the house is very convenient as well. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of mature trees, but is also close to I-5. There is a park right around the corner which was great for my kids. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming and super clean getaway and I hope to return next year.
