We loved our stay. It was clean and in the perfect location with golf cart access to downtown! There is a nightclub next door and the train comes through but neither bothered us!

No hot water. Did not get fixed til 2nd day we were there. Long wait to get responses from host. Was loud at night, next door to bar with loud music and train passes very near. Blows horn and passed at 2:30 ish AM and about 4 AM

Golf cart only worked one time. Would not come on again and after several attempts to get help from the host, no one offered any help. The cottage was very cute and in a great location. There is a bar just over the fence that you can hear music until the wee hours of the morning but that did not bother us. Not being able to use the golf cart very much bothered us. That was the sole purpose of renting this cottage was to be able to use the golf cart. I would recommend this area to stay just don’t bank on being able to use the golf cart. Huge letdown!

My husband and I fell in love with this charming & cozy cottage the moment we stepped inside. The location was prime real estate to us, you have the best of both world’s with this cottage. If you are seeking a nice quite getaway to the beach you are only minutes away but if you are looking for a fun & vibrant trip downtown that provides great shopping, delicious food, & live entertainment you can have that too! The host was great, she contacted us the day of our trip welcoming us and let us know if there was anything we needed she was only a call away. We took advantage of the location and enjoyed the beach and downtown. WE are looking forward to our next stay.

While it certainly wasn't the biggest place, it was perfect for my wife and I for our stay in Ocean Springs. Communication was easy and the included golf cart was a great perk.

Very nice clean house. Golf cart was great… we used it during our entire stay… Never had to use our car. Great AC units. Very easy check in and check out. Excellent communication.

Everything was spot on. The check in was easy the cottage was very nice and comfortable. The location was very nice like a small town feel. The golf cart was an excellent bonus we rode to breakfast one morning. We would definitely stay again

The outside of this property was perfect to the eye, golf cart included was a selling point. As soon as we walked in the door, the smell of mildew knocked us down. Then we noticed none of the trash was taken out, and there was no way there was clean sheets on the bed. Hair covered them, along with other things. Thankfully there was other sheets to put on the bed, so we changed the sheets ourself. The other sheets and blanket I pulled out for the pull out couch for my 5 year old smelt like cigarette smoke. The golf cart roof is broken, and pieces/bolts constantly was coming unscrewed and we had to try to fix it. The golf also would stop on us, like the pedal would get stuck. Ants were all in the bathroom as well. I recommend this property if you like the smell of mildew, and like dirty sheets. If you don't, I wouldn't fall for the cabin with "golf cart included". It was not worth it.
