Great location, easy check in. Very family friendly. The one downside was that the pool was not heated so we were not able to use it. It’s only heated a few weeks during the year (thanksgiving and spring break)

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t have been better — close to great restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We truly felt at home here and didn’t want to leave. I’d give this condo more than 10 stars if I could — we’ll definitely be back!

Great location. Enjoyed having the tennis courts available. Had some issues with the HVAC dripping but Matt got someone out fairly quickly.

Great location, and nice amenities including very close access to community pool. 1 shower needs repairs and didn’t have hot water. Supplies were very limited- no laundry detergent, limited hand soap, and fewer dish washer tablets than days in the unit. So overall great location and good stay, with a few cold showers and extra trips to the store for supplies.

Easy access beach condo

We had a nice stay! The house was very clean. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the ocean, which was exactly what we were looking for. The decor was super cute and added a really cozy, beachy vibe to the place. Our host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Mothers Day Weekend Review

The property was pretty accurately described and clean. You can tell it’s an older property and shows its age a bit, but they have done a great job at making it cute and trendy with updates! Just a little sand in some of the bedrooms- which being at the beach can be expected. The back right bedroom has a large TV but I could not find the remote anywhere! I searched in every drawer, under the bed, in the closets, tried the other remotes from other rooms.. with no luck. Couldn’t find it anywhere and unfortunately I sleep with the TV on and chose the one room with no TV remote so that was a bummer. Messaged a couple times with no response so I shifted to a different bedroom for the last night. There’s no direct beach access but there are some public access points down the road. Just be prepared to drive to the beach. Parking at the condo was easy with plenty of space. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break Getaway

Matt was super helpful with all questions and helping book bicycles (highly recommend renting) location is amazing and place was as advertised. Super convenient to Seaside and Rosemary. Easy beach access and heated pool was great! Would stay again!!! Thanks!

This property was exceptionally clean! We liked that it was close to the beach. Perfect fit for out group of 8. Parking was easy. Our host responded immediately to any of our questions. We would highly recommend!

A Great Get Away!

Everything was as seen in the pictures and a bonus of extra beach gear. Our host Matt was fantastic and replied quickly to all my questions. The positives: The condo is on the ground floor, one of the two pools is next to the Condo, the community laundry is steps away (if you need to do larger loads), the walk to the beach is pretty close, the traffic always stopped on the cross walk over to the beach (on 30A), the TV's were up to date, and the beds were very comfortable, the gas station next is Beachwood Villas is convenient, and Grayton Beach State Park is close!. The negatives: Traffic on 30A is very busy, golf carts slow the traffic, parking is tough to find if you want to hang out in Seaside on 30A, the steps going down to the beach of the public access are a work out if you have a beach cart. All of the negatives have nothing to do with Beachwood Villas. I recommend 30A Getaway any day!

Beach is walking distance!

I would highly recommend thisncondo. I loved being right across the street from the beach. The condo is also right by the pool! If you're looking for good pizza try Brozinnis!

Great Experience !!!

Our group really enjoyed this stay. It was a very nice, clean, and safe neighborhood / community. We had 8 people and it fit us all very comfortably. The walk to public beach access was very short and easy! The pool is nice and it was heated. My biggest compliment is how nice the owners were and how easy it was to communicate with them. I would highly recommend this stay, we would definitely return!

Moms weekend away

We had a great girlfriend getaway. The condo was as listed. There were only 3 wash cloths available and most pillows are very thin- but for a weekend it was fine. The beach access is across the street- if bringing kids with "stuff" it would probably be handy to pack your cart or wagon for the walk. Also, no beach towels at the condo- all in all for the price we would stay again. We also had to call Vrbo bc we didn't get the check in email with the code, so if checking in late definitely make sure you call if you don't get it!
