Inside there’s plenty of space to enjoy time together or escape to your bedroom and relax. All Beds provide the comfort you need to get an amazing night sleep. Every room has a TV with the capability of any streaming service you desire to watch. Plus a 10 in 1 game table to enjoy hours of fun!
The icing on the cake… the garage is converted into a spa room! If you’re looking for a massage, facials, reiki, or spa service you don’t even have to leave the house! 6 pool/lake passes included at no additional cost! Pool and lake are open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.11-7 Daily. *Subject to change by the community at any time.
Additional passes are available for a fee at the registration office.

Upon check-in visit our community office to receive your welcome packet and passes. Hours are Monday-Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. Must pick up to receive your amenity passes.

Lake/Beach are upgraded with beach chairs, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats to use and of course swimming!

Please feel free to message me with any questions or if you need local recommendations. We offer early check in/late check out if the schedule allows for a $75 fee. Must ask at time of booking if this option is available for your stay. If you depart 20 minutes or more after check out there will be $100 late check out fee added to your stay.

If you arrive 30 minutes or more early there will be a $100 early check in fee added to you stay.

Garbage day is Tuesday morning, if you are staying with us for garbage day please place garbage bins at the end of the driveway Monday evening. When placing garbage in the outside bins, make sure to clasp the lids closed as we have a lot of wildlife and they LOVE eating your leftovers. If critters get Ito the garbage, you are responsible to clean it up! If the garbage is not cleaned up upon checkout there will be a $25 charge for cleanup

If you use the heat/ac please make sure all windows are closed prior to turning it on. When leaving for the day, please adjust the temp so its not constantly running until you return back to the home.

If you use the fireplace, it is a propane fireplace. Fireplace: Open the bottom black grate. The pilot light should already be on (a little flame in the fireplace). Adjust the knob to desired heat temp. Do not go past 3. In doing so can damage the tv above the fireplace and you will be charged accordingly,
If the pilot light is not lit: There is a knob that says on, pilot, and numbers on it. Turn the knob to the little arrow to line up with pilot.
once it’s lined up, push in the knob and press the igniter button until the pilot lights up. Once the pilot is lit, continue holding in on knob for 30-45 seconds. Let go of knob, if pilot stays lit, turn the knob to the numbers for fireplace to run. Do not turn the knob past 3. Turn the fireplace down a little under 1 when not in use. Do not keep the fireplace on overnight.

There is a grill on property for your use with a propane tank attached. A spare one is located behind the shed if needed, just let us know if you switch it so we can fill the empty tank. When using the grill it is expected to be cleaned and look exactly how you found it. If the grill is left dirty, there will be a $40 charge for the additional cleaning. No exceptions!!
