The Space
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 6, but also with enough space and function for people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students can take advantage of our high speed internet from around the house.

Having a cozy living room as well as a spacious outdoor venue gives groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or have some fun in the kitchen cooking up your favorite meal!
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, utensils & electric wine opener. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the living room without missing a beat.
Start your mornings with complimentary coffee & tea!
Comfortably enjoy not one but two bedrooms with king beds. The third bedroom offers full sized bunk beds on both levels! All the rooms come equipped with closets and dressers!
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large patio and take advantage of all the ammenities!. The yard is large with natural wooded boundaries on multiple sides. Approved pets are welcome! Guest Access
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's cabinet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
The Neighborhood Overview
Private Outdoor Entertainment Space is located just south of the city, a few minutes from South Park, and is perfect for family or friend groups visiting Charlotte.
Located less than 10 minutes from Montford, which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of South Charlotte. Renaissance Park is less than 5 minutes away featuring ball fields, courts, lakeside meadow, disc golf, hiking, fishing, picnic areas, & playground. Also the PNC Music Pavilion is only 20 minutes away and regularly hosts concerts and other events.
Getting Around
This home is nestled near the Collingwood neighborhood just minutes away from everything in the South Park Area. The light rail is less than 5 minutes away, hop on to quickly get Uptown or to South End and more. Also plenty of Ubers are also available at this location.
Other Things to Note
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. House Rules:
We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Security Cam's
Tampering with or disabling the security camera(s) will result in a fine of $500.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Unapproved Guest Policy
An Unapproved Guest is any individual who is not listed on the reservation and has not been explicitly disclosed and approved by the host prior to check-in. This includes, but is not limited to:
Visitors who are not registered as overnight guests.
Additional occupants exceeding the maximum guest count stated in the listing.
Individuals accessing the property for gatherings, parties, or events without prior authorization.
For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional charges.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (2 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Excessive Trash
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag.
Internet Usage
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
