We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. We are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

Virginia Tech is approximately 30 miles away, and Radford University is approximately 13 miles away.

All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The garage is used by the owners and is not available for guests.

The home features three levels of living space, with three comfortable bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a range of amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The main level features an open-concept living and dining area, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

Step outside onto the spacious walk-out patio, which offers stunning views of the lake and plenty of space for lounging, reading, or soaking up the sun. The patio is right at the water's edge and offers easy access to the lake and the three docks located just off the house.

The lower level features a cozy lounging area with a large couch and and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect space for indoor entertainment on rainy days or lazy afternoons.

Dock Holiday features three comfortable bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 10 guests.

There is a bedroom with a queen bed, which has a half bath attached. Additionally, there is a full bath on this level for your convenience.

You'll find two more cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a twin/twin trundle bed, allowing for up to four guests to sleep comfortably. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a day bed, providing sleeping space for up to three guests. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom on the upper level.

Dock Holiday is easily accessible by car and is conveniently located just off I-81 in Dublin, VA. If you are traveling by air, the closest airport is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, which is approximately 50 miles away.

Once you arrive at the property, you can park your car in the driveway, which has space for up to three cars. From there, you can easily access the main entrance of the house.

While there is no public transportation directly to the property, there are several taxi and ride-sharing services available in the area. Additionally, if you're interested in exploring the local attractions, renting a car is highly recommended.
