Serene Mid-Century Stunner with Housekeeping
Perched in a eucalyptus grove in the Brentwood hills, this mid-century modern architectural stunner has nearly 3,000 square feet of living space flowing out to an incredible backyard with a pool, spa, and deck overlooking the canyon and Pacific Ocean.
Please remember that this is a NO EVENT, NO PARTY, quiet house in a quiet neighborhood with a NO NOISE policy after 10pm at night. If you intend to break these rules please do not book our home.
The space:
This four-bedroom, four-bathroom post-and-beam residence features beautiful architectural elements and designer details throughout.
The sunken living room fully opens to the deck, great for hanging out and dining alfresco on all those great sunny SoCal days. The chef's kitchen has Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, natural stone counters and solid walnut cabinetry. Seating for 10 in the dining room features a unique indoor-outdoor, three-way fireplace. Soak the canyon views from the tub in the Japanese inspired spa-like master bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms can be configured per your needs with either queen beds, twin beds or cribs. The pool gate can be left up or removed during your stay, making this a family friendly getaway.

No access to garage.

Your stay includes daily housekeeper to take care of cleaning, laundry, dishes, home maintenance, etc. The house comes fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen. We provide towels, beach towels, toys and toiletries. With details at every turn, this home exudes charm and character with 5 star amenities!
The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, but there are many activities nearby. We are walking distance to hiking trails and Crestwood Hills park which has a basketball court, baseball diamond and playground.
-8 minute drive to the popular Brentwood Country Mart for amazing restaurants and shopping
-15 minute drive to the beach for surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, beach volleyball, or just lounging around
-10 minute drive to the 405 Freeway
-7 drive to San Vincente shops & restaurants such as Katsuya, AOC, Toscana, Sugarfish, etc.
-5 minute drive to Sunset Blvd.
We have many local insider tips to the best beaches, the best hikes, the best places to eat. We can give you tips on where to go for the best drink or the most romantic dinner.

Our neighborhood is truly one-of-a-kind in Brentwood. Crestwood Hills is a quiet, serene, architecturally controlled community; all the homes are mid-century modernist design.

Our housekeeper will be working daily (except Sundays) to maintain the property and help guests with whatever they need. She is extremely professional, respectful and a wonderful person.
We are able to accomodate guests' sleeping arrangement needs, we have queen beds, twin beds, and/or cribs available.
