Private shower and toilet. No need to use communal campground bathrooms and showers.

You’ll be comfortable here no matter the season! Electric AC and heater, with beautiful fireplace effect. Hot water heater and two-burner stove run off gas (propane included in rental). An electric awning provides full outdoor shade for the warmer months.

We rented a camper before buying our own and have learned a lot since that first rental! We are happy to help new campers and will include detailed instructions and videos upon renting to make sure you’re comfortable with how everything works. We’re also always a message, phone call or FaceTime away.

Other Things to Note
Well-behaved dogs welcome. Must be crated when not in the camper. No cats (sorry, Kristin has allergies).
Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the camper. If returned smelling of smoke, a steep fee will be applied upon return.
Basic cleaning is required, and an excessive cleaning fee will be applied upon return if conditions are not met.
This camper is kid-friendly but not baby-proofed. Please keep a close eye on toddlers and preschool-age children for safety.

You have the place all to yourself.
Other things to note
I will deliver to your site. If you have the ability and desire to tow it yourself (I can provide ball hitch and sway bars), let us know and we can take the delivery price out of the cleaning fee.

The black and gray water tanks need to be emptied at the end of the trip. If you don't want to, we will empty them for you for an additional $25.
