The kitchen, laundry, living and bedrooms, and outside area were all perfect for our stay. I especially appreciated the fenced in backyard for my dog. It was a great place to hang out at and also close to other towns for exploring and hiking. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay at the Cottage!

Our family (2 adults, a 7 year old girl and a dog) stayed at the cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was wonderful. Nicely secluded but not TOO far from civilization. Our daughter loved the loft bedroom and the games and puzzles provided by our host. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need and it was very handy to have a washer/dryer as well. We made good use of the fire pit, too. We would happily come back for another stay!

Mountain Getaway

2nd time coming to this location. Quiet, clean, and dog friendly. Very close to everything in thr Pocono area. Highly recommend for anyone, including families.

Relaxing weekend getaway

All the comforts of home, but without any of the stress. Great responsive host, great property, great location! Fenced in yard was a BIG plus. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible cozy stay

We had a beautiful time staying at this lovely cottage! There was many many deer around the neighborhood and we even saw a black bear which was incredible! Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Cozy Cabin Getaway

Great vacation spot

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect, from the fire pits to all the wildlife that would pass through the yard every day. The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs! We definitely stay here again. It was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have had in years. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home, we will be back!

Perfect for out trip to Jim Thorpe.

The cottage is so cute and cozy. Our family had a great time rafting and biking on the Lehigh. Loved wandering around the town of Jim Thorpe. Evenings at the cottage were relaxing and peaceful. Loved seeing so many deer.

Great Getaway!

This cottage was a cozy escape for a long weekend away from it all. Lots of extra touches to make it comfortable (fire ring, s’mores fixings, bottled water, and more). Quiet and peaceful but also close by to many restaurants and attractions. We loved eating in Lake Harmony, hiking at nearby state parks, and whitewater rafting, Highly recommend!

Privacy with lots of Deer

My sister and I loved our stay. The backyard is so private and peaceful with a fenced yard for our dog and deer everyday outside of the fence. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I can’t wait to come back again!

Ski weekend with Pet

Stay was fantastic! Host was super quick to respond to any issues. The yard for my dog was perfect. Excellent backyard and deck. Quiet, loved the loft, cozy perfect for a ski trip was close to all the mountains needed. Even had gas station and dollar store nearby.

Towamensing Trails

The home was clean and so cozy, and the backyard had constant deer families passing through. House was even stocked with coffee and s’mores ingredients :) We went into Jim Thorpe, which is an awesome little town, and did the aerial park at Blue Mountain in Palmerton which was a ton of fun

Perfect for me/gf and dogs

Perfect getaway spot for me, gf and my dogs. Owner was gracious enough to allow a 2nd dog since both are under 20lbs. Gf loved how quant the cabin is and it was great to let the dogs loose in the fenced in yard and let them explore while we enjoyed the firepit. Will definitely be back

Perfect cozy summer getaway

Cozy, complete with what you need to make it your home for more than a few days. Loved the loft, the grill, and the garden and bonfire area. Location is perfect, enough distance from busy-ness to appreciate being immersed in nature, but close enough to drive to some nice restos around the lake or to some outdoor adventure spots. Property mgt responded within seconds/minutes. Core memories unlocked. Want to come back.

Pleasant Stay in Cozy Cottage

This cottage was perfect for a short weekend getaway for me, my husband and our dog! Private, woodsy location, easy to find and access and with a fenced yard that was great for our dog. It was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of pots, pans, knives, dishes and some cooking oil, salt and pepper but no other spices or condiments, etc. so bring your own if you are planning to cook there). Small but charming, it contained everything we needed and is very close to Hickory Run State Park which we visited many times. We did not have a chance to use the fire pit, but I can see how it would be fun for family or friends to relax around a fire in the evening and there were items to make S'mores available in the kitchen. We also did not use the loft area but there are 3 additional beds there that would be perfect for kids. I would definitely recommend this rental, especially if you are traveling with your dog. Great property! Loved our stay!

Great place to stay!!

Cute cottage with bedroom on main floor and a loft up a cute spiral staircase with a big bed and two twins head to foot by window. This house had everything we could possibly need. Had good tasting water available. Had baking dishes and pots and pans we needed. Plenty of cleaning supplies if we needed. Great shower head! Backyard was fenced so it is great if you’re traveling with your doggo. We had to go out the front and go around to the back because ours couldn’t navigate the back stairs. The lights on fence and deck were beautiful at night. There was a gas fire pit on the deck and they put out a small supply of items for s’mores. Bring your own if you have a big group. Don’t hesitate to rent this cottage. It’s awesome! Nice place for a getaway!

The Perfect Poconos Getaway!

This is the perfect little cottage. From the second you pull up to the stone gravel front, to the few steps you walk up to the porch before you reach the door - everything is so welcoming already. Appliances all worked well, new washer and dryer (one of the first things you see in the spacious mud room), coffee maker, microwave - everything worked fine. My husband could not get the fire pit on the deck to turn on, probably for the better with the little ones, so we enjoyed the fire pit in the grass backyard instead! Grill worked perfectly. The layout of this cottage is perfect for a small party - it was my husband and I, our 2 boys (ages 2/4), and my parents (who stayed on the 1st floor nearest to the bathroom). Upstairs had the spiral staircase which my boys loved. The decor thru out the entire space was so welcoming, very woodsy, upstairs in the loft was a little more modern with plenty of seating, comfortable pillows, and plenty of towels (waiting for you neatly folded on each bed). The fence in the yard was safe for our pups to run around. We went for few days before and after 4th of July. Surprisingly, not many bugs! Also, next day someone came by to cut the backyard grass which was much appreciated. Deer every morning! Not close to the fence but enough to see and enjoy fr a distance. It was a great little summer getaway! We would love to experience the cottage in the colder months as well! Keith - the host was very responsive, highly recommend! 5⭐️s

House is on a very quiet street , that makes you feel you are away from it all . The house is cozy and perfect for a family/friends get away . A nice deck to hang out and relax looking out over the big fenced in backyard . There is no other houses towards the back of the house so its very private .
