Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment has it all:

• Sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Balcony with a breathtaking view;
• 2 bathrooms;
• Paid valet parking ($40 + Tax per day)

Our guests get access to all the amenities offered by the resort:

• Rooftop pools and Hot tub
• Poolside yoga - on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 4:30 p.m.
• On-site restaurant;

You can rent bicycles to ride all along the Broadwalk. Don't forget to visit the beach just steps away and enjoy the many stores and restaurants nearby. Plus The bandshell hosts free concerts while kids play at the waterside Charnow Park.

All property fees are collected upon guest arrival. At check-in, guests
must provide a credit card or pay in advance (cash) all fees.

IMPORTANT
It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

*If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.*

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.*

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Lost Key $100
Carpet Stains (spills): $50
Lost FOB/Access Cards: $100 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
