Remote and quiet!

Welcome to isolation from our crazy world. Here at our cabin, you will be able to unwind and relax. The entire property has been recently renovated for everyone to enjoy. Come out and enjoy a bonfire or relax on the porch with book in hand. There are multiple wineries close by, as well as a very scenic hiking trail at Hemlock Cliffs. Both, Holiday World and French Lick are both a 30 min. drive which boasts tons of fun activities. Patoka Lake is also 15 min. away to the southern boat ramps.

Great little cabin centrally located in the Hoosier NF. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and communication was on point. Really appreciate the experience.

Loved the outdoor area

We loved our stay in your cabin. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Very clean. The outdoor view was amazing! Very quiet and relaxing. The only issue i can see for some people is that the ladder is the only way to the loft and that could be a problem for older couples or families with younger children.

Great place to unwind and recharge in the Cozy Cabin

Everything about my stay at the Cozy Cabin was beyond great. The drive from Chicago was smooth, and I had no trouble finding the place. The keypad entry worked perfectly, and the cabin was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need and more. I especially loved the wood-burning fireplace. With the chilly early April nights, I took full advantage of it.I spent some time wandering around the property and really enjoyed the peaceful woods. The pond was full of tadpoles, and the horses next door were so sweet and seemed to love the attention. The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked well, and they had everything needed for bathing, including towels, shampoo, and even a washer and dryer.As expected in a more remote area, there was no Wi-Fi or cell service during my stay. Since I work remotely and also needed to file my taxes on Monday, I ended up driving home a little earlier than planned. Still, I had a truly relaxing Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday. I would not recommend this cabin for remote work, but I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy some peace and quiet which is exactly what I needed. On Sunday, I drove out to Wilstem to feed elephants and play with some otters, which was such a unique and fun experience. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth checking out. Thanks again to the host for being accommodating for my needs with Yogi, he really enjoyed it and was glad to make some memories with him.

This place is amazing, relaxing and peaceful with fishing pond. The owners are really nice and very helpful if you need anything.

Little slice of Heaven

The cabin was everything we thought it would be AND more! It is such a beautiful setting. The hosts were very informative and great to work with. They really have thought of anything you may need during your stay, so if you forget anything at home, don’t sweat it! It truly was a perfect place to relax and enjoy time away from everyday life. Highly recommend!!
