A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on 1st floor in an apartment building. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area. We have 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has King size bed ( 180x200 cm ) and also TV, second bedroom has bunk bed that has double bed below and single bed in the upper floor. We have open space with kitchen and living room, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, the living area has sofa and Smart TV, large dining table with 6 chairs.
We have balcony where you can sit outside and drink the morning coffee and enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky.
One of the best golf courses in Iceland GKG is close to our building, from the balcony you can view the hole #9, from our apartment is a great outdoor area, very nice walking / running paths that take you into Heiðmörk beautiful nature park.

Two super markets, Krónan and Nettó, are close by, our neighbourhood public swimming pool is only 1km away („Salalaug“).

It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.

Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.
