This house was perfect! It was clean and everything was well kept. There was plenty of room for gathering inside and outside the house. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The location was perfect for us, close to the canyon and the lake.

Bear Lake House

We enjoyed staying at this property. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the house. The mountains next to the house are also very picturesque. There are plenty of rooms. The house was clean and it was a great place to stay!

Perfect place for memories!

Such a wonderful place with plenty of room for the family to gather both inside and out and a great location to enjoy the trails and the water. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home!

Our stay was a delight. Great location close to the heart of Garden City. Beautiful property and views. Clean and comfortable. Our kids especially loved running around the yard. Fantastic place to stay!

Perfect place for our family reunion

Beautiful, clean and spacious property. U especially loved the large grass yard for the kids to run around outside and burn up energy. The property manager was easy to communicate. Our stay was wonderful! Thank you so much.

Labor Day weekend

Our stay was amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this rental. The house was very clean. The house had enough room and more for my family of 13. It had amazing views of the lake and also mountainside. It had everything and more we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Very accommodating!

The house and property was gorgeous! It was well equipped with what we needed (kitchen items, beach towels, etc.) We enjoyed the wonderful view overlooking the town and lake and the quiet peaceful atmosphere. Communication was great with the owner/manager. Would definitely recommend!

Family Reunion

We and our Children and grandchildren loved this house. It was wonderful to have so much room for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the the upstairs living room. So much space. We would recommend this property. The host was extremely helpful with our questions.

Great family house

We used this home as a family reunion sight. There was games and activities provided. Plenty of space and utilities provided. It was very functional for a large group. Only issue was a GPS took us to versus different road around the house and not to the exact house. Besides that it was a great place to stay.

Family retreat

We brought our kids and grandkids here after a day at Bear Lake. It was perfect for our family. Nice rooms and beds for our children and their kids as well. We loved the open space in the kitchen and connecting rooms for us to eat and visit. The grandkids loved the rolling hill and hot tub. Everything was well stocked and we found everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and so helpful! We would definitely come here again. It was a great place for us to reconnect with family in a beautiful and peaceful home. Thank you!!

We had a great time

The property was even better than we expected. Had plenty of space for our family and beds for all of us. Included pancake griddle, insta-pot, crock pot, kitchen items, multiple TVs and video selections, a few games and toys. Plenty of seating for meals and games. Hot tub and room for the kids to play outside. Check out is at 10 am, not 11 as listed.

Amazing

We stayed over the 4th of July and had a blast. The home is very new, if not brand new. Lots of space, excellent floor plan. Multiple tables in the kitchen, one that is perfect for teenagers and kids (and games). The view is amazing, it is at the end of the road and the next plot over is a beautiful canyon with amazing views. Huge backyard with grass. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub was a hit with the kids after a day at the beach. The owners are next door and we're very friendly. Look no further for your reunion. We go to bear lake every summer for family vacation and have tried many different homes, we will come back to this house next year, no doubt.

Amazing house, Best host we've ever had.

This was our 5th year coming to Bear Lake and this house fit our family the best. It was very comfortable, had lots of space and we LOVED the yard. The last few homes we've rented have not had yards with grass so this was a huge bonus for us. The host was friendly and very responsive if we had a question or concern. Most of the time it can be difficult to get a hold of them in a timely manner but Bradley was always on top of things. We appreciated it so much. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! The only thing I would say, and it's not really a con, more of a "just needs more of a heads up or clearer instructions" is getting to the house was tricky. It's a newer house I think and maps attempted to take multiple family members 3 different directions to get to the house. Two of the roads didn't actually go to the house, they were off-roading roads and not meant for cars. It was easy enough to figure it out but just a little heads up. We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect place for a Bear Lake family get away

This home and host exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and so well cared for. There was plenty of room to spread out and places to gather. The home was spotless and the welcome/instruction book helped us know where everything was and how to use them. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything - from dishes and utensils to towels for the hot tub and all the grilling items we needed. I can't think of anything they didn't have ready for us and they had things available that I would never have thought of. The beds were comfy. The towels fluffy and smelled so good. The kitchen was filled with all the appliances we could ever need. The games were fun. The hot tub was clean and a great way to end the day. The wifi worked flawlessly for everyone. The master suite was like its own retreat. The high ceilings made it feel even more spacious. The kitchen was massive with seating for a large family. The hosts were so responsive and easy to talk with. I was so impressed. This was a perfect Bear Lake weekend for our family and friends. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
