Entra, relájate y disfruta de nuestra maravillosa porción de paraíso. Más de 2,000 pies cuadrados de lujoso espacio habitable. Nuestra casa adosada de dos habitaciones y tres baños se encuentra en la nueva comunidad cerrada, Seaside Residences.

Nuestra casa adosada está hermosamente decorada con gusto y con toques de diseñador en todo momento. Después de un día lleno de diversión y sol en Key West, recorra los tres pisos en su propio ascensor privado. Mientras está en la sala de estar, abra las dos grandes puertas dobles para disfrutar de una vista deslumbrante del Atlántico, o simplemente levante las piernas y disfrute del televisor LCD de 60 pulgadas con sonido envolvente. La terraza de la planta baja y el patio trasero son un área muy especial, con hermosos trabajos en piedra de travertino, muebles cómodos para un grupo grande, paisajes exuberantes, barbacoa de gas Weber de acero inoxidable, una hermosa chimenea de piedra al aire libre para esas frías noches de invierno en Key West, un impresionante León de piedra Fuente de agua principal, y una zona tranquila de hamacas para leer su novela favorita de Hemmingway, y, por supuesto, otro televisor de pantalla plana. Todo bellamente acentuado con una suave iluminación del paisaje para su entretenimiento nocturno.

Para su ejercicio matutino, estamos ubicados a pasos de la piscina, el jacuzzi y el gimnasio. Para su comodidad, hemos incluido dos nuevas bicicletas de turismo. Comience el día con un paseo por la playa y vea un espectacular amanecer tranquilo en Key West, no hay nada igual. Home away from home......

We enjoyed our stay in Jeff's condo and recommend the property. Jeff is a caring, cooperative landlord and responds quickly when contacted. The condo is well equipped, beautifully decorated and located in a safe & secure area. We spent four months here and were very satisfied. The elevator is particularly nice for bringing groceries & heavy loads up to the third floor.

Incredible stay at incredible property!

When my sister and her husband arrived first for our month stay they were lucky enough to meet Jeff & Laura - great hosts, very hospitable and thoughtful. My sister texted me right away and said "It's incredible!". Best description of this townhome. It's very well appointed, comfortable and provides great privacy for 2 couples traveling together. Beds are very comfy, kitchen has everything you need, the elevator came in handy for moving our luggage and for hosting our older parents, the outdoor patio and 4 balconies make it all even more special. We used the fitness facility daily and the pool and hot tub when the weather cooperated. We loved the location where we could walk and bike along the water every day. We also visited a couple good restaurants on nearby Stock Island. Very cool to have a TV and stereo in the outdoor space, a great surround sound TV system in the living area, and TVs in each bedroom. You'll enjoy looking around at the various collectibles that Jeff & Laura have placed throughout - a surprise around every corner. Don't hesitate to book a stay here - you will not be disappointed!!!

Awesome Townhouse

My husband and I have been coming down to Key West for 7 years and always rented downtown for a week or 2.This time we decided we wanted to stay a month and stay away from the crowds but not too far. We hit the jackpot with Jeff's wonderful home! It was decorated beautifully and we felt right at home and so comfortable. Having an elevator was a great plus and the sunrises in the morning were spectacular!! Everything we needed for either cooking or a day at the beach was there for us, even barbecuing too. Tried all the restaurants and then some , our favorite being LaTratorria and Louies Backyard. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and his neighbors are lovely. There is a swimming pool very close by and a hot tub as well, all within the development, so convienent! We cant wait to go back next year, maybe sooner! Thanks Jeff, it was truly paradise :) Amy and Alan

Key West Paradise

We rented Jeff's beautiful house for the month of January & had a ball!! We had some senior friends stay with us & they agreed it was a Fantastic place!! (Classy, but not tacky). Beautiful landscaping interior & exterior. The house exceeded our expectations. It also was supplied with every necessary accessory. The recommended restaurants were awesome....we tried them all...enjoyed dining at Latitudes on Sunset Key the most. We enjoyed Smathers Beach, fishing on Gulfstream. The pool & Jacuzzi were two minutes away....and perfectly heated & inviting. We made good use of the super grill & the hammock & all the Lounge chairs. We & our guests enjoyed the balconies on every level. We celebrated our last day partying at Sloppy Joes!! It is definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Great Key West Townhouse

We rented Jeff's place from the middle of October to the middle of November, a great time to be in Key West...the Zombie Bike Ride, Goombay Festival, Fantasy Festival, World Powerboat Championships, etc....always something to do. This is the first time we have rented outside of the Historic District and I would say that Seaside Resort exceeded our expectations. The place is wonderfully decorated, is furnished with everything you need in your home away from home, the outdoor patio and grill were a favorite of ours and we loved the location....easy access to the Historic District and all the events (as long as you have a car or bike) yet away from the crowds of Duval St. The clubhouse pool was great and we were an easy walk away from the ocean and Smathers Beach. Best of all we didn't have to constantly search for an overnight parking spot. It was also conviently located near two of our favorite local's watering holes, Hurricane Hole Marina (great fishing with Triple J Fishing Charters) and Hogfish Bar and Grill. I would highly recommend this townhouse for your next long-term getaway in Key West.

A Dream Come True

Words can not express how fabulous and wonderful my home away from home was. Staying at Jeff's townhouse was truly staying in Paradise. The house is magnificent. It is beautifully furnished, so welcoming, equipped with every amenity imaginable, down to Q tips if you forgot yours. It is perfect in every way, spacious, immaculate, cozy, elegant, fun and it feels as if you are staying in your own home. We rented a car and it is a short drive to the town etc. The best part is that Jeff provides you with all of the info you need to have an amazing stay. All of his restaurant picks were phenomenal. Do not miss Lattitudes for dinner if you want an unforgettable dining experience. Breakfast at Blue Heaven was outrageous. Key West is a superb destination; laid back, fun, beautiful and lots to do. My husband and I can't wait to go back. Jeff is a perfect concierge in every way. If I could give my stay 10 stars I would. ********** I just did. You will be so happy if you stay at Jeff's. An unforgettable experience. You don't have to look any further for the perfect place to stay. The photos do not even do it justice. You will be so happy, I promise!! Delightful best describes our stay at Seaside Resort for the 4 months we were fortunate enough to call it "home"….. As an owner, Jeff, could not have been more accommodating to us with his home providing every luxury one could want or need in a vacation home….from our balcony view of the Atlantic to the the ease of an elevator we were able to enjoy each and every day of our stay in Paradise. The home is beautifully furnished, the outdoor lanai is magnificent and the location of Seaside gives you easy access to long walks along the seawall. After a bustling day of activities you can return home to quiet evenings in a friendly community. What more could you want! Thanks, Jeff, for sharing your piece of Paradise with us.

Best Vacation Home on Key West!!!!!

When we arrived this month we were extremely pleased! We have rented vacation homes for the past 20 years and this home is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It is a Beautiful town home with every thing you could possibly need on vacation. Unpacking was easy with the private elevator. Short bike ride (provided in the garage) to Smather's beach and Duval St. So spacious, comfortable and perfectly furnished with large Flat screen TVs in all living areas and bedrooms. We really enjoyed the very private patio and rooftop deck. The owners really have thought of everything! We do not want to leave and will be back EVERY year.

Luxurious, Relaxing, Home away from Home!

As frequent travelers, we were pleasantly surprised at the luxury and comfort of this town"HOME." This was our first time visiting this property, but it will not be our last. The location of this secure community is very convenient to the beach, Duval street, shopping and the airport. It is very quiet and peaceful, and the accommodations are truly "home away from home." The decor is so luxurious; with attention to detail in the most tasteful way (even better than the photos!). The property is spotless and very well maintained in all areas. The beds and linens were so comfortable, relaxing balconies with furniture to enjoy morning coffee, beautiful big screen TV's, and cozy couches. It was so comfortable, that despite our intention to eat out and enjoy the nightlife in Key West, we stayed in at our home away from home for a few cozy nights. Each area of this property is special. The outdoor lanai was an added bonus for evening cocktails! The amenities accessible are of the best quality and in excellent condition. This owner has given attention to all aspects of what makes makes for a comfortable vacation experience. We are already planning our return trip! Thank you!

The seaside resort won us over the minute we walked in and saw the 1st level indoor/outdoor living space. Having been up since 4:00 a.m., flying, driving, & food shoppping, the indoor, private elevator was a gift to help us settle in. It was "Christmas in November" as each of the four of us called to "Come see what we found: The oversize livingroom---Check out the bedrooms--- but, wait till you see the kitchen!" The comfort level was off the charts! As much as we all said we would eat out, the kitchen pulled us to become creative and so, it began with artichoke scampi, etc.! The location is perfect with a quick ride into Old Town or quickly over to Stock Island for paddle boarding or kayaks. Travel just 35 minutes back up A1A to Bahia Honda for snorkeling or a visit to "The No Name Bar" (Which is worth the ride!) After a week of watching the Offshore Power Boat Races and "chillin' & grillin'" in a place that is soothing and relaxing, the elevator gently led us away from the seaside experience, giving us the Key West spirit to bring home! We had a delightful time!

Dream Home Away From Home

Have stayed here twice and we are planning to return. Every thing you need to enjoy the Keys is right here, from the two scooters, that come in so handy for going into town, to the snorkle equipment, fins, and beach chairs and umbrellas We love the patio with its living room on the outside feeling.The elevator makes it easy to bring things down from the kitchen for snacks and drinks in the evening. the overall felling is very elegant while also being comfortable. all the amenities are in great shape from the big screen TV to the clothes washer & dryer. You will want for nothing. Five stars for sure !

Truly a PARADISE!!

This home Jeff has made is out of the world. I have never had better experience renting a beach home. Every corner of this home is extremely thoughtfully designed. Jeff has been very kind in allowing the entire home to be used. There is a private Elevator!! in the home! the fountain, hammock area, each room! beds, 52 ' TV! Everything about the home is out of the world.. I had some of the most peaceful days during my stay there. Thanks very much Jeff for such a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this Townhome! its truly a paradise!!

This place is fabulous!

We have rented this townhouse on several occasions over the years. This place is magnificantly decorated and extremely luxurious and comfortable. It is convenient to airport, Duval Street and shopping. We would rate this an A+++! You will not be disappointed.
