We are just 5 minutes from El Paseo, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, the River and much more! We are about 20 minutes from Palm Springs and La Quinta.

Live like you're at a spa! From the moment you enter the front door you will feel totally relaxed and enjoy the great energy our home will give you! Our homes style is very easy on the eye with stylish modern furnishings. The main living area of the house has a floor plan that encompasses a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The spacious Master suite features a king size bed, a 50" Roku TV, large walk in closet and private en-suite bathroom with pebbled walk in shower. The master has double french doors that open out onto the beautifully landscaped back yard and pool. The two additional guest bedrooms have queen beds with 50" smart TVs.

Once you go out to the patio you won't want to go back in! You'll have your own private spa oasis! There is 4 large palms that surround the pool and more palms surrounding the patio! There are also planed red yuccas on the corners of the pool and pergola. All palms and yuccas are lite up at night! We've yet to see a patio like it at this price or any price for that matter. s under or spark up conversation under the stars around the massive fire pit. There are 6 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that are surrounded by the most lush and best kept grass in the desert!
Wi-Fi located throughout the property including the backyard. Truly an elegant and intimate living experience.

Property is rented March 1st to April 27th for the foreseeable future.
May through September: $5000 per month + gas and electric.
October through February $6500 per month + gas and electric.
