Step into stillness and luxury in this 5 bedroom slope-side haven nestled in Kerr Gulch Valley. With spectacular views of the Evergreen treetops, you’ll be surrounded by nature’s beauty. Enjoy hiking trails, picturesque parks, golf courses all within easy reach. Boasting 2 living spaces, full kitchen, wet bar and picturesque patios. Craft meals in the chef's kitchen or melt away in the master retreat. Revel in majestic wonders in this mountainside estate!
•This is our family home. Please treat it like yours. Strictly no parties or loud music are permitted under any circumstances. Any damage to our family items or property will require replacement or reimbursement.
JEFFERSON COUNTY RULES & ORDINANCES:
• Please carefully review the local county regulations and guidelines provided in your property guidebook, including fire restrictions/rules, quiet hours, guest capacity limits, no off-road vehicles permitted, county parking rules, and charcoal grills/open fire restrictions. You'll receive the guidebook link 24 hours before check-in.


WINTER:
• Please note that from late October to late April, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is essential due to our sloped road and elevated • property. Please ensure your vehicle meets these requirements.
• In icy, wet, or slippery conditions, be cautious on exterior stairs, patio deck, and walkways. We strive to clear these areas for safety, but accidents can occur.
• If it drops below 32F, set the heat to 70F to prevent frozen pipes.
• Please note that mountain homes may experience power outages during storms. However, there is a backup generator available onsite, and instructions on how to use it can be found in the guidebook. The generator powers critical items such as water, heating, main lights, refrigerators, TVs, and internet services.

Gated community: This home is situated in a gated community. You will receive access codes prior to your check-in date. An important reminder that the roads in this neighborhood are residential and not city roads. Please be extra mindful of your speed while driving through the area.

Water system: Please be advised that our property's water system utilizes fresh, clean water taken from an underground well system. However, due to the nature of well water, it may contain minerals that result in hard water.

Smart home: This property boasts advanced smart features for your convenience. To ensure proper operation, please refer to the e-guidebook provided upon your arrival for detailed instructions.

A/C: It is uncommon for mountain homes to have A/C. The home does not have A/C but has various windows that can be opened with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas.

Security cameras: For safety purposes, please be advised that there are cameras located on the exterior of the garage/driveway and shop building on the acreage. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

This vacation rental is more than just a place to stay; it's a cherished family home that we are excited to share with you. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code or will retrieve trash from the outdoor patio. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You will have access to the entire home except for the garage, storage shed, common area closets, and the shop building on the acreage. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.
For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are plowed as needed during the winter months.

Please note that while ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available in Evergreen, wait times are long and their availability may be limited. It is recommended that guests have their own transportation or plan accordingly when using ride-share services in the area.

Outdoor grounds and front deck not well kept. Interior of property functional, clean and well equipped. Not having access to garage a deal breaker for future stays. Overall experience was a positive one.
