Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. We make one stop to the grocery store, park our car in the driveway and walk everywhere. For exploring the area, Edna Valley is a 10 minute drive, and SLO is 15 minutes. The village of Arroyo Grande is another hot spot!
The space
There is free wi fi and flat screen tv's in the bedroom and family room. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 adult size boogie boards and 2 child size boogie boards.
Guest access
The bar-b-que and patio area are common for three cottages. There are two bar-b-ques.
There is a storage building that has laundry facilities and a dedicated storage cabinet for each of the three cottages.
Other things to note
The cottage has it's own dedicated wireless router.
The cottage is a good size for 2 adults and 2 children.

Cottage was great for my husband and I. VERY quiet!! We were the only ones there. Location was great!! Easy walk to pier and downtown Pismo, board walk is extremely convenient. I think the Cottages are great and provide the perfect get away for a small family or couple to relax and enjoy Pismo. Hope to visit it again in the near future.

Great spot; kids are already asking about next year. Very cute cottage, easy to find and get in (lockbox w keys in the back). Has a separate building w laundry and a cottage-specific closet w chairs, beach towels, and body boards. We used the fridge but didn’t do much with the kitchen (it’s a few minute walk to Old West Cinnamon Rolls, and around the corner from Pismo Fish & Chips). There’s a shared storage chest w old beach toys if you don’t wanna lug yours there (we added to it while there—people leave toys every day!).We wanted to stay by the beach, and it delivered! We put the kids in the bedroom and the adults on the pull out, and the pull out was perfectly comfortable.Also, silly little happy thing: the shower was strong and delightfully warm.So, rinky dink little things that could be better:-the fridge seems to have some sort of leak/water running that leads to ice building up. I chipped it out once but it was back by the end, which makes it hard to balance the only ice tray.-the shower door does not quite close all the way. We did not get much water on the bathroom floor (the shower head is angled away slightly), but it does let a little out every time you use it.-the handle on the mechanism to open and close the window in the bedroom needs to be tightened—it pops right off.But those are all tiny things that might never affect anyone. We will very likely return next summer!

Amazing week at the beach

This was the perfect spot for our little family! We loved walking just down the street to the beach, enjoying the local coffee shops and restaurants, and bbqing in the fabulous yard! The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was great. We will definitely be back!!!

So Cute and a Perfect Location!

The cottage in Pismo Beach is super quaint and in a great location. It is a fantastic alternative to a hotel room and we plan to stay here again. With a separate bedroom, an efficiency kitchen, plus a dining table and sofa (queen size sofabed), it was the perfect size for our family of four.

Spring Break 2025

This bungalow was everything and more. Clean, comfortable and very charming. Walking distance to all of Pismo beach. We enjoyed lunch at Wooly’s and Hoagies. Breakfast at Cinnamon Rolls and Penney’s American Diner. Dinner at Rosa’s was so good we went back our last night! We also enjoyed our soak at Sycamore Mineral Springs in Avila. ( only time we used a car in 5 days!) The morning and sunset beach walks were a highlight. Excellent therapy!! We will be back!!

Right by the beach

Our bungalow was spotless and just the right size for my husband and me. It's really quiet and steps from the beach. I loved dealing with the owners. They were so helpful and went out of their way for us. This is our second time staying at the cottages. We will be back. It was a great trip.

Weekend Getaway

This was my first time using a rental place than a hotel. It was the best time! Perfect for a small family. The sofa couch was very comfortable. The one bedroom was just right. The extra options in the laundry room was a great addition, especially with the large portable fan for our use. The other amenities were there just like staying in a hotel but with the comforts of home. I will definitely look this place up again when I plan my next trip back Pismo Beach. Thanks for the great experience!

Beach Trip

Excellent spot. Close to everything. Cottage is perfect. Has everything you need. 2 burner stove fridge small freezer dishes linens dishwasher laundry room outside shower BBQ tables TV’s towels beach stuff. Walk to the beach boardwalk area. Property manager is awesome. Definitely will stay there again.
