Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of themselves and children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
Guests are permitted to park underneath the house, as long as any vehicle is completely underneath, and in ONE spot in the parking lot.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled 7 14 days before arrival
After that, only the cleaning fee is refundable
